Quick and reliable service. The store manager Jesus took great care of us. He was very kind and his customer service was excellent. I highly recommend Big O Tires in Montrose, CO.

Jesus received my call before I had my car towed to be looked at. He was reassuring that it would get looked at and I would be contacted with information about what was wrong. Brian left me a voicemail about the repairs needed. Even though I opted out of doing the repair right now I was treated with the same respect as if I were. I appreciate the Montrose Big O and have been a returning customer because of good service and professionalism.

Mike was super great. He made accommodations for me that I didn't even have to ask for. I can't think of a better time I have had better customer service in a shop. In my 6 years of doing automotive work, I have rarely seen a cleaner, friendlier, or quick and accurate service.

I went in for snow tires in a hurry and they were superhelpful and polite. I felt very welcomed and they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. They listened to what I wanted, and their waiting room was dog friendly - very important!

I got the tires that I wanted at less than I expected.

We were about to head back to California across the very hot (115+) desert when our air conditioning in our Honda Fitjust fizzled out.They scheduled us early and gave our job priority so that we could get on the road without losing much time.And best of all, we were cool and comfortable all the way home.Thanks guys!Well done, and at a good price!
