We go there for ALL of our tire needs and always have!

I have disabilities and recently had cancer thrown in the mix for me so Frank and store manager got me taken care of as quickly as they could . One was for just tire rotation, the other was for alignment and tire rotation. They did not try to upsale me on the 2nd car even though its a high milage 04. So thanks for good service and help.

The manager followed through to solve my car's problem.

Based on information from a previous service, I thought I needed a complete brake job. The company could have easily performed and charged me for this service. Instead they informed me that, yes, The brakes were wearing but not to the point of needing replacement at this time. I so appreciated only having to paying for a normal servicing without the extra charges for brakes.

Appreciate their timely attention and through explanation of the service I requested and what else was needed.

I went into the shop for an estimate and, not only did I get a great quote, but an offer to do same day service! I accepted and left the car to get new tires. I received a phone call WITHIN the hour that my car was done and ready for me! Always friendly, always, courteous, always diligent. Long time customer and will continue!!

We really do live off the grid! (in another County). I received a flat tire on a dirt/rock road. I needed tires TODAY, RIGHT NOW. Although the tires were not available, a person was sent to the next county to procure the tires required. Yes, I had to wait; but it was nothing compared to having to stay overnight in Montrose.

I hit something on the road lost control and suffered a concussion. Matthew at Big O in Montrose Colorado took care of everything for me. I am very grateful for his service especially in really trying times.

I dropped my Jeep off for service and tires and walked a couple of blocks up the street for breakfast. When I arrived back at the store, they were just finishing up and within ten minutes, I was on my way home. The work was quickly and competently performed so I was able to get on with my day.

Replaced hubcap on my Subaru Tribeca that got damaged during tire switch. It took some time but now I have the new hubcap. Also, good service on new snow tires for my daughter's car.
