Robyn and Shane bent over backwards to give me the best service. When the alignment computer broke down, and I was delayed leaving, I was offered compensation. When I returned after getting new tires elsewhere , Shane finished the alignment at no extra charge. Everyone at the shop was courteous. .

Came to town on a Saturday afternoon from the Flat Tops and had brake issues. Terrible rattling. Made it to West Glenwood and manager told me that he would look at it as soon as possible. They inspected it within 40 minutes, even though the store was busy. Issue got resolved quickly (loose bolt due to no lock-tite on brake caliper bolt). My mechanic in IN messed this up. Issue was fixed quickly and we were on our marry way with a functioning truck. Top notch customer service in my book and people that know about truck issues that can happen in offroad driving. Top notch customer service in my book.
