Was good for us as you guys didn't have the same tire as we needed, due to blowing a tire, but you put on a tire of the same size to get us to the next store , still on our route, to get the tire we needed.. thank you for helping us..

The service is good and fast

I live in Eagle County where we have a Big O Tire store. However, it does not compare to the service, quality, reliability, and reputation of the Glenwood Springs store. When my car needs service, I'd much prefer driving 45 minutes to Glenwood as opposed to five minutes to our local store. I always leave knowing my car is just as reliable as when I arrived. Thank you!

The customer service was great but the highway patrol for Colorado was even better along with the dot .the cdot was the most helpful they really went the extra mile to get me back on the road and traveling again
