Big O offers a quality product, knowledge of the product, friendly work staff, and fair prices.

Customer Service Agent was friendly and worked with us on price. I asked approximately how long before our tires would be replaced and we were quoted 45mins to an hour - it took closer to two hours, but the staff did a good job and really I have nothing to complain about. We will likely come back in the future, thank you guys!

Called in - they weren't bust - got taken right away. I asked for an alignment as well as rotation and, lo and behold, I didn't need one and they didn't try to sell me one. Love the honesty.

With Summer here, please remind your staff to stay well hydrated. The person who helped me was a new face so had some training issues she was working on. That said, I believe she also was showing some signs of heat exhaustion.
