I would like to start off with saying the sales guy was awesome, he always makes sure I am well taken care of but your mechanics were found in a pile of dirt. I could do a better job. I was very reluctant to bring my truck back after the last visit when they let me drive off with a truck that broke down 30 minutes after diving off. This time I needed help with a leak that I had no idea where it had come from and a wheel barring issue. I let them know I was very disappointing last time as I had to have my truck TOWED back to the store! I was also given the information after I left that everything checked out but looking further into the notes, and I quote "Something sounds funny but your temp is reading right". I look under my hood when I get home today and MY TRUCK IS STEAL LEAKING AND MY COOLANT IS BONE FREAKING DRY. I payed you guys 700 dollars that I didn't have to fix my truck and I had driven off a SECOND time in the last year and a half to my truck STILL NOT WORKING. Are you kidding me right now? Id rather run the truck off a freaking cliff than bring it to you guys again! I understand it is an older truck but are you freaking kidding me. You should be doing a much better job then that for what is payed for and for how long I had to wait to get my damn tuck back.

Not hours after buying a new set of tires and parking in my driveway, two of the four tires were completely flat. This left my truck inoperable, and me unable to do my job completely while at work. I'm quite dissatisfied with the situation, and the quality of workmanship that I encountered.

Definitely one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I had scheduled an appointment online for 7am so I could be done quickly and get other tasks done. I got there for an oil change and an alignment but it was going to cost me another $150 because they couldn't adjust it anymore so I told them I would wait on the alignment since I couldn't afford it. So I waited for them to call my name to pay while hearing them call other customers up who had arrived later than I had. Once it hit 9am, I knew something wasn't right so I had to find an employee since they had been out of the waiting room for about 20 minutes. Once I had found someone, I found out that the car had been done for 45 minutes and they had completely forgotten about me. When I told them about how upsetting that was, especially since I had places to be, the employee just shrugged it off and still charged me full price (I've had family members have the same problem and they got a discount on service). I definitely don't want to go back to Big O Tires again after all of that. I only chose it because it was closer than other car shops. I really hope that this matter can be fixed so nobody has to go through what I did.

I went in to get a quote on some service work. The young blond woman who was free sat on her phone for 10 minutes while the rest of the sales staff was busy. I finally walked up to her to ask for assistance and was treated as if I was an inconvenience. She had a horrible attitude. She gave me a quote and handed it to me like I was a piece of trash. Then promptly went back to her phone. I had some questions about the quote so I asked her if she had a few minutes. She had no product knowledge and couldn't answer any questions for me. Woman like this give the rest of us a bad name and I won't be returning to the North Ave store. Sad to see the lack customer service from a trusted name.

Got vehicle home and noticed oil dripping from the skid plate, opened the hood and found that oil had been sprayed all over the engine compartment making a huge mess. I took the vehicle back to the shop. I asked them to pay for the clean up on it but the owner refused, said "he could clean it himself" , I didn't want that because it should never left his shop in that condition in the first place. I ended up spending extra money for their screw up. Will never use this store again, unprofessional and untrustworthy.

I will never go back to that store again. It took almost 2 hours (the store wasn't that busy) just to rotate the wheels and to a simple oil change. To begin with I probably stood there for 15 minutes before I was approached. Secondly they had the wrong work order on my car. It sat for at least 30 minutes before anything was done. They didn't reset my cars on board oil life cycle display. It is reading 23% right now after they the work. Makes me question if they did the oil change at all. The car is a 2011 Chevrolet Malibu 2.4 liter LEA Ecotech 4cyl.

I was told 30-45 minutes for an oil change. 1 1/2 hours later I get my truck back with the explanation of it was low on coolant and they couldn't find that type. I left and checked when I got home. The wrong coolant was added to my truck. I could tell because it was the wrong color. If that's how the service was can I be sure they even added the correct oil ??? Not very happy

Was one of the worst experiences in my life between striped bolts missing bolts and bolts snapped off i don't know where to start. I was lied to they even tried to convince me this was normal. To top it off two nut's were left off the connection between the exhaust manifold and muffler that allowed exhaust fumes to enter the cab of the truck. I learned a valuable lesson about having a tire store do mechanical work on a truck. Saving my money to have it fixed correctly. WOW

We took a flat tire off the vehicle for repair and they socked us fifteen dollars just to put air in the Damn thing. Will never deal with the one I'm North Ave or any of them nor recommend them

My tire was put on backwards my lug nuts were balded I had to wait 2 days to get a new tire. And was told by one of there technicians that's the patch job was done so poorly the time before that it was not fixable.

Techs seemed like they needed more training.. waited over two hours for just two tires.. will think about it but more than likely not coming back to your company

had a flat on a trailer, came in a got two tires for the pk-up I was driving and then ask about a new tire for trailer, you did not have one but will get one in the morning and call us. I said ok I waited to about noon the next day and was told tire did not get ordered have to wait another day, trailer still on road, waited until fri called am and they said tire was there and it was there yesterday no one called and the service man blamed someone else, I left another tire company for your service ????

I've been to several NTB's before. This one is the worst ever in every aspect. They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in a shop. I'll be sure to drive an hour to the Redbank NTB where customers come first and they do everything they can to get you back on the road safely. God forbid you ask for anything extra here like wiper blades. They simply cannot do more than one thing at a time. I'm appalled.

I went in to have my tires rotated. I was greeted by a young man who tried to help me. It was only day 2 for him so his knowledge was very limited. The store was not busy and it seemed no one was there to help him train. Thrown to the wolves more or less. After an ordeal of not being found in the system. We buy all of our tires at Big O, my dad, my daughter, my son etc.. we are a Big O family, someone finally came over to help. The young man who helped was from another store. Thank god! The guys at the 29 and north store must be the bottom of the barrel. They are TERRIBLE!!!!. This will be the last time we go there. We have had 3 bad experiences there and continue to go back. Never again. We will stick with Big O but I will go downtown or at to the mall store. I did get my tires rotated which was good. Clean out the crew there and hire some good people!!

Big o damaged my rims and said my inner tie rods were bad i took it to two other trusted automotive shops and they both said there was nothing wrong

WOULD BE 0! NEVER do business with this company. They forgot to tighten my lugs nuts causing my tire to come off going down the road. Lucky nobody got hurt, but it killed my Jeep which was in excellent condition, and to this day has never been properly repaired, which means I am left with no vehicle and a tremendous expense to fix. Good luck to anybody who deals with this company. Check your lug nuts before you leave. I am not the only person this has happened to, and they will come up with every excuse as to why it happened, right down to calling your vehicle a POS!
