Not hours after buying a new set of tires and parking in my driveway, two of the four tires were completely flat. This left my truck inoperable, and me unable to do my job completely while at work. I'm quite dissatisfied with the situation, and the quality of workmanship that I encountered.

Never leave with right tire pressure. Very annoying when that's their specialty. This time left with three tires at 35psi and the one they pulled the screw out of at 26psi. Apsurd!!

Definitely one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I had scheduled an appointment online for 7am so I could be done quickly and get other tasks done. I got there for an oil change and an alignment but it was going to cost me another $150 because they couldn't adjust it anymore so I told them I would wait on the alignment since I couldn't afford it. So I waited for them to call my name to pay while hearing them call other customers up who had arrived later than I had. Once it hit 9am, I knew something wasn't right so I had to find an employee since they had been out of the waiting room for about 20 minutes. Once I had found someone, I found out that the car had been done for 45 minutes and they had completely forgotten about me. When I told them about how upsetting that was, especially since I had places to be, the employee just shrugged it off and still charged me full price (I've had family members have the same problem and they got a discount on service). I definitely don't want to go back to Big O Tires again after all of that. I only chose it because it was closer than other car shops. I really hope that this matter can be fixed so nobody has to go through what I did.

After repairing a flat in a timely matter they then failed to e-mail the replacement costs of four new tires. Less than satisfactory experience. This template is also a poor excuse for customer relations. If customer satisfaction is only a metric then this business model will ultimately fail.

Got vehicle home and noticed oil dripping from the skid plate, opened the hood and found that oil had been sprayed all over the engine compartment making a huge mess. I took the vehicle back to the shop. I asked them to pay for the clean up on it but the owner refused, said "he could clean it himself" , I didn't want that because it should never left his shop in that condition in the first place. I ended up spending extra money for their screw up. Will never use this store again, unprofessional and untrustworthy.

2 1/2 hours for an oil change. You have Got to be kidding. Will try some where else next time None of the choice occurred ar my visit.

I was told 30-45 minutes for an oil change. 1 1/2 hours later I get my truck back with the explanation of it was low on coolant and they couldn't find that type. I left and checked when I got home. The wrong coolant was added to my truck. I could tell because it was the wrong color. If that's how the service was can I be sure they even added the correct oil ??? Not very happy

Took the Jeep in to check front brakes. THey called and said it needed new rotors. When I came back early found the rotors they removed from my jeep we every bit as thick as the rotors the installed. When confronted about it they said that they do not turn rotors to resurface. If I had known that - I would have gone elsewhere. Now I will go elsewhere in the future.

After spending $1600.00 on services which was supposed to include fixing a leaky tire, I found my tire completely flat. My brother aired it up and now I have to go back to get it fixed correctly. Huge inconvenience at this time

I went in to have my tires rotated. I was greeted by a young man who tried to help me. It was only day 2 for him so his knowledge was very limited. The store was not busy and it seemed no one was there to help him train. Thrown to the wolves more or less. After an ordeal of not being found in the system. We buy all of our tires at Big O, my dad, my daughter, my son etc.. we are a Big O family, someone finally came over to help. The young man who helped was from another store. Thank god! The guys at the 29 and north store must be the bottom of the barrel. They are TERRIBLE!!!!. This will be the last time we go there. We have had 3 bad experiences there and continue to go back. Never again. We will stick with Big O but I will go downtown or at to the mall store. I did get my tires rotated which was good. Clean out the crew there and hire some good people!!

Price quoted = 450$ price paid $750. Rebates don't exist. Paid for mounting, balancing, disposal fee and "shop supplies." Need to work on honesty!

I came in Tuesday for alignment about 4:20. I politely asked if it was too late for an alignment. After 30 minutes the (not very friendly) sales guy cam back and said my truck could not even begin to be aligned. He handed me an estimate for nearly $1,400 to R&R a ball joint, idler arm and pitman arm. $262 for an idler arm + $95 labor? That's blatant robbery! I'm a old shade tree mechanic not some 22 year old blonde with a giant diamond ring. Anyway, I knew that was all BS because my steering is perfectly tight and I'd shaken everything down when I bought it 3 months ago. I only needed alignment because I adjusted the torsion keys. Very next morning I went to Scotty's who had me aligned perfectly in spec for $59 and 30 minutes. They noted 'very minor' play in the pitman arm but did not suggest replacement. I thought of taking it over to Big Mike at you business loop store who I know would have it aligned right, just like Scotty's. Then he could of called to chew out your other tech. I just couldn't give big o the business after that. Your tech cannot be that stupid. If he is, fire him. Instead he's lazy, didn't want to do the work so late in the day, so fire him. Plus he's a liar. I can buy and OEM/Moog kit with every single front suspension/steering part, including all 4 A-arms with installed ball joints and all 13 other moving parts for $335.Fire him. And your sales guy went right along with it. Fire him. I will tell anyone who will listen about this experience forever.
