I came in Tuesday for alignment about 4:20. I politely asked if it was too late for an alignment. After 30 minutes the (not very friendly) sales guy cam back and said my truck could not even begin to be aligned. He handed me an estimate for nearly $1,400 to R&R a ball joint, idler arm and pitman arm. $262 for an idler arm + $95 labor? That's blatant robbery! I'm a old shade tree mechanic not some 22 year old blonde with a giant diamond ring. Anyway, I knew that was all BS because my steering is perfectly tight and I'd shaken everything down when I bought it 3 months ago. I only needed alignment because I adjusted the torsion keys. Very next morning I went to Scotty's who had me aligned perfectly in spec for $59 and 30 minutes. They noted 'very minor' play in the pitman arm but did not suggest replacement. I thought of taking it over to Big Mike at you business loop store who I know would have it aligned right, just like Scotty's. Then he could of called to chew out your other tech. I just couldn't give big o the business after that. Your tech cannot be that stupid. If he is, fire him. Instead he's lazy, didn't want to do the work so late in the day, so fire him. Plus he's a liar. I can buy and OEM/Moog kit with every single front suspension/steering part, including all 4 A-arms with installed ball joints and all 13 other moving parts for $335.Fire him. And your sales guy went right along with it. Fire him. I will tell anyone who will listen about this experience forever.

I went to get a front end alignment. On the tie rotation they stripped two separate tire studs and threads on front and rear tires. They tried to tell me they were messed up before. A day later i heard rattling coming from right rear so i did an inspection to find my center cap railing. I re turned back to big o's whee upon there inspection took out the stud, they stripped my center cap (hub cap) stud and threads to. The manager on Duty said it wasn't stripped , but i proved him wrong. They try to hide stuff they do wrong and try to cover each others back when they do wrong. Not even the manager on du knew what he was taking about. I will never go back and never recommend them to any one.

I brought my car in for rotate and balance. Was done in about an hour. Not bad. But when I picked it up, went around and had to tighten all the caps on the air stems and the air pressure was different on each tire. how does that work?

Replaced inner tie rods incorrectly ruined my rack and pinion. Told me it was the power steering pump when I took it back to them.

Everytime I come here I am promised anywhere from an hour to two hours but I end waiting for up to four hours! Ridiculous how long of wait to get an oil change. There is always one or two customers that complain about the wait as well. Also no one ever tells me details about the car, what they did, what they saw or didn't see. Terrible over all.

When in your store (over by the mall)I was not helped when I walked in after waiting about 10 minutes another customer walked in and was waited on I was NEVER even acknowledged! I usually shop your North Avenue store where I'm always treated with excellent customer service but not sure I will go back to any store ever

Came in on a Monday @7 am, was first customer. Took 4 hours to get tires and alignment. I left, truck was pulling to right and service TPMS light on. Took day off, brought it back Friday. 3 1/2 hrs later, two tires had to be replace due to cupping from mid alignment, had to replace tore pressure sensor and re align. When I left truck felt choppy going down the road. Took it to my mechanic in snorewood following Wednesday and all 4 tires were over 2 1/2 oz out of balance. Big o also charged me for nitrogen, a $40 extra without even disclosing. I think the crew needs more training. Not knowledgeable at all. Would not even return for a tire rotation.

I had an unpleasant experience and will most likely never return to this Big O Tires. I scheduled an appointment for 10 a.m. to get some brake work done. I arrived right on time and gave my keys and they told me I would be out the door by 11:30 am. I waited in your lobby and i went to the front counter at 11:30 to see the status. Skyler said he didn't even know I was there and they never pulled my car back. He said it would be an additional 45 minutes. I waited the additional 45 minutes and they said it would be an additional 30 minutes. After the 30 minutes they came and told me I needed new rotors and that it would be a half hour more. I waited another HOUR and my car was already pulled up to the front sitting there for about 20 minutes and no one even told me. I did see it there but didn't realize it was complete. I was supposed to be in at 10 and out at 11:30. It did not make sense that I checked in at 10 and at 11:30 Skyler didn't know I was even there. I saw my keys sitting on the front counter by their computer at 1130. The communication was horrible, the service was horrible up to the very end. I had to keep checking in, no one came to me. Even when my car was complete no one notified me. What is the point of having an appointment? I hesitated coming here to begin with because I originally set an appointment over the phone with the manager and when I got there they said no notes were put in the system and they had no idea what I was quoted or what the services were to be needed. I should have went with my gut and went with Firestone or Brakes Plus because they were cheaper and the service is better. I spent a couple hundred dollars and I still don't feel good about it with big o tires. I am very disappointed with this experience. When I was leaving after I paid he handed me a piece of paper and fold it in half and when I got home I realized it was not my paperwork. I never received my paid invoice or any paperwork. He gave me the wrong piece of paper in when I call to ask them to mail it to me they said It was a hassle to mail it and that they could just email it and I wanted a hard copy mailed out to me and I still don't have that. Terrible.

Martin is a joke. He's so busy catering to his friends at the store that he doesn't seem to really care about running a quality store or helping customers. You can tell he has his "favorites" and his "buddies". Not the way a shop should be run. I've been a customer for 10 years so it looks like I'll be avoiding north ave store for awhile.

Took three and half hour. They told me an hour an half for an oil change and tire rotation. Then the broke a lug nut and it be another half hour to get a new one 20 min later the said the had to order it monday. I'm sitting here again the next Saturday because I work all week. Then the tell me it was sent to another big o some ware else. And it will take a half hour to get it here. So if I was getting paid for my time you guys would owe me about $170

Was in to have tires balanced and rotated and asked him to check one I thought was low, the next day noticed the same tire was almost flat took it to Big O in Craig CO. And they found a nail in my tire!

I'll begin by saying everyone we dealt with (4-6 employees) was friendly. We've used this location a few times in the past for new tires. Not sure what changed behind the scenes, but it's not the same. We dropped our car off around 9 AM four new tires. Around 2, we called to see if it was ready, they said it would be in 30 minutes. Arrived an hour later to pick it up, the checkout process wasn't smoorh, and unbeknownst to me at the time, they charged my card twice. They said 'thanks, have a nice day' and I said 'I need my key?'. Almost a half our later I was finally in my car and driving away. (They called later that night to let us know about charging the card twice).

To Who It May Concern, I have always got my tires at Big O and always will but the last service I received I must admit was very poor. I had dropped a tire off to be repaired on my Dodge Journey you have to be repaired at 7:30 in the morning. That's at 29 and N. Ave. location in Grand Junction Co. Apparently lost a money order. The Spanish man who was extremely understanding and was not very happy that just happened. I wish they would have put a used tire on my car or something other than putting a spare on. No one called me told me they were putting on a spare or anyting. I will buy my tires at Big O will continue to do so. Remind me to help me out there was extremely understanding couldn't believe that actually happened you order a new tire for me but it will not be in for 3 days and Memorial Day weekend. I just wish someone would have called me and let me know. My service is always been excellent at Big O except for this time. I totally understand all the things can happen go wrong. I do very much appreciate your service you would give me in the past when your warranty on your tires are outstanding. Thank you Joel Ellis

So I will say that they were somewhat busy. I came in around 8 am to have my driver side rear tire looked at. I think I have a slow leak. When I walked in there was a person on the phone helping someone and a man sitting in the waiting area on his phone. So I knew they were busy. I stood at the counter for a couple of minutes before a person walked in and asked if I had been helped. I told him what I need, which was a slow leak with my driver's side rear tire. He took my keys and drove the car to the back of the store. There were 2 cars in the bay and it looked like mine was next. So I sat down. In the meantime, a couple more customers walked, were helped and they sat down. An hour later I got a phone call from my daughter and I had to leave. I guess lucky for me, they had not even pulled my car into the bay, they had two different vehicles being worked on and mine was still parked in the back lot. The young man was nice when I said I needed to leave. I am okay with waiting, I understand that this world does not revolve around me or my schedule, I guess I would just like to be put in line and move up with my spot. Or be communicated with that "an emergency" came through and they needed to take them first. I buy all my tires through this store, and yes I am sure that I will be back to buy more. I am not looking for anything out of this, I already get free tire maintenance. Really all I ask is that we are told if it will take over an hour to have our car looked at. Thank you for your time.

I am new from Florida and for 10 plus years I have used Tire Kingdom. I made an appointment for days ahead of time, even called to confirm and switch the date. When I arrived I wasn't in the computer, I showed him my email confirmation for my appointment. He said there was several people ahead of me and they would get to me as soon as they could. I had an appointment in an hour and a half and when I spoke to the original Gentleman on the phone he assured me it wouldn't take that long. The gentleman at the store did go ahead and take my keys and took the car back. It only took about 50 minutes and I was ready to pay. I was absolutely shocked by the cost of a conventional oil change. At no time did anybody tell me how my brake pads were, how my tires were, did I need an air filter, nothing. I did ask for a tire rotation, so I would assume they would have given me that information. For the price and lack of service that I received, I would be happy to pay an extra $10 and go to Valvoline Instant Oil Change.
