I am new from Florida and for 10 plus years I have used Tire Kingdom. I made an appointment for days ahead of time, even called to confirm and switch the date. When I arrived I wasn't in the computer, I showed him my email confirmation for my appointment. He said there was several people ahead of me and they would get to me as soon as they could. I had an appointment in an hour and a half and when I spoke to the original Gentleman on the phone he assured me it wouldn't take that long. The gentleman at the store did go ahead and take my keys and took the car back. It only took about 50 minutes and I was ready to pay. I was absolutely shocked by the cost of a conventional oil change. At no time did anybody tell me how my brake pads were, how my tires were, did I need an air filter, nothing. I did ask for a tire rotation, so I would assume they would have given me that information. For the price and lack of service that I received, I would be happy to pay an extra $10 and go to Valvoline Instant Oil Change.

The wait time was longer than expected. Some things couldn't be controlled such as mechanics having difficult time getting some of the older parts off my car, but could do a better job on having the right parts in the first place and also letting customer know if you need to get mechanic to work on someone else's vehicle PRIOR to mechanic working on another vehicle. At least I was informed and given estimated price before services were done, and also given a discount along with free alignment. That's why service is only a 3.

Changing tires , they didn't check the inside stems valve , so my tire gets flat and ruined

I apologize for being a jerk in my last comment. I was very upset as my tuck was my dad's before and he died four years ago today.

Never leave with right tire pressure. Very annoying when that's their specialty. This time left with three tires at 35psi and the one they pulled the screw out of at 26psi. Apsurd!!

I felt that the service could have been better. I was not told when the service was completed and had to ask more than once about my vehicle after I didn't see it on the service rack. It was over 1/2 hour after it was off the service rack before I got my paper work. This was the poorest service that I have had at Big O Tires.

After repairing a flat in a timely matter they then failed to e-mail the replacement costs of four new tires. Less than satisfactory experience. This template is also a poor excuse for customer relations. If customer satisfaction is only a metric then this business model will ultimately fail.

Told wrong time to come back for pick-up. Walked from home, and had to wait another hour with a pet. Then another 20-25 minutes to get checked out. People seemed to be coming in to the lobby from the back lot with employee assistance while I waited by the front door for help. Eventually someone that had just arrived was going to be helped before me, I had to aggressively intercede. Communication needs a dramatic upgrade. After all the waiting, they wanted about $65 more for a job I'd been quoted the night before, in full. So I was told I had to wait, again, for the employee that had priced the job...who was helping other customers. About 15 minutes later, after I asked for the shop manager, but by coincidence, he was freed up, so I got them both at the same time. I feel fortunate that the price was then corrected, but if I hadn't paid close attention, they would have taken $65 too much. Why? No direct explanation, but something about the other employee not doing something right. I was quoted a price, it was written on their job white board, but the 1st employee "didn't do something", so the bill came out $65 too high?! Too many inconveniences that didn't need to happen. Not for nothing, but the tires I called about initially weren't in stock, naturally, so they sold me a cheaper "alternative". Overall not impressed. Just care a little (or maybe a lot) more about general courtesies, and my visit would not have had this string of unexpected inconveniences that cost me time I didn't have to spend.

I normally deal with the Big O located in downtown Grand Junction. Went to North Ave on the weekend.Dropped a flat tire off . 5 hours later I had to call and follow up on the repair status. Un-repairable. Car was going to need tires soon anyways so I had them give me a quote. They did get new tires installed right away with minimal wait time. The spare that was on the car was just thrown back into the trunk not put away and mounted back in place.Small detail that would make a huge difference. Also the lug nuts have these little plastic covers over them that were not put back. Again small detail that would make a huge difference.

I spent over $500 and my alignment is still not straight! My steering wheel isn't centered either

Dropped off a car for a tire rotation and alignment check with no other cars in the garage. Came back an hour later to find two cars had been placed before mine. This was around 11:30. I had to call back at 5:00 to get an update. Had the feeling if I hadn't, I would never had been notified that my car was done. This would have been an problem with the next day being Sunday.

Took the Jeep in to check front brakes. THey called and said it needed new rotors. When I came back early found the rotors they removed from my jeep we every bit as thick as the rotors the installed. When confronted about it they said that they do not turn rotors to resurface. If I had known that - I would have gone elsewhere. Now I will go elsewhere in the future.

The team was friendly I wish that when they worked on my car they would have put a mat down. I had just cleaned my car recently and dirty shoe marks were left on the mat as well as the entrance bar to the door. I always get my car serviced at this location and in the past they always put a mat so that dirt doesn't get on the mats.

Had to wait additional time because store had no money to make change

I was in a rush and they did get me in and out quickly but before they said there was 6 tires in stock when I call, when I went to get them they said there were only 2 in stock so I had to wait a couple days for the tires to come in.

After spending $1600.00 on services which was supposed to include fixing a leaky tire, I found my tire completely flat. My brother aired it up and now I have to go back to get it fixed correctly. Huge inconvenience at this time

The tires were fine....the service was good but I was quoted a 45 wait time....it turned out to be over 2 hours to change 2 tires...balance and align
By Sarah | 3/20/2020
Price quoted = 450$ price paid $750. Rebates don't exist. Paid for mounting, balancing, disposal fee and "shop supplies." Need to work on honesty!

I placed an order 3 days ahead of time for 5 tires so my son could replace the shredded spare with a new full sized tire. It was on the order and communicated to the associate that checked him in, but it was not done. So, he still has a shredded spare tire in his trunk.
