I was in a rush and they did get me in and out quickly but before they said there was 6 tires in stock when I call, when I went to get them they said there were only 2 in stock so I had to wait a couple days for the tires to come in.

The tires were fine....the service was good but I was quoted a 45 wait time....it turned out to be over 2 hours to change 2 tires...balance and align

I brought my car in for rotate and balance. Was done in about an hour. Not bad. But when I picked it up, went around and had to tighten all the caps on the air stems and the air pressure was different on each tire. how does that work?

Not good at screw up on my waterpunp snap the bolt in half of the water pump mess with my front brakes to hang up on amd snap another bolt to my power steering pump on the bottom of the water pump to screw in

Everytime I come here I am promised anywhere from an hour to two hours but I end waiting for up to four hours! Ridiculous how long of wait to get an oil change. There is always one or two customers that complain about the wait as well. Also no one ever tells me details about the car, what they did, what they saw or didn't see. Terrible over all.

Got 4 new tires on lastThursday and was very disappointed when I got on the road Sunday am to drive to Ft Collins and my brand new over $700 tires weren't balanced, very disappointing to say the least! I was able to walk into your Ft Collins location on Monday morning and they were more than happy to help me out.

I waited seven hours there at the store while the work was being done then when I do get my car back they broke lug nut cover did not say a word to me about it. I now have a flat tire hope I can get in and out with out to many problems

Way to many hidden costs On line my tire price was $584. By the time I left the store the price was over $800. WTF.

I had an unpleasant experience and will most likely never return to this Big O Tires. I scheduled an appointment for 10 a.m. to get some brake work done. I arrived right on time and gave my keys and they told me I would be out the door by 11:30 am. I waited in your lobby and i went to the front counter at 11:30 to see the status. Skyler said he didn't even know I was there and they never pulled my car back. He said it would be an additional 45 minutes. I waited the additional 45 minutes and they said it would be an additional 30 minutes. After the 30 minutes they came and told me I needed new rotors and that it would be a half hour more. I waited another HOUR and my car was already pulled up to the front sitting there for about 20 minutes and no one even told me. I did see it there but didn't realize it was complete. I was supposed to be in at 10 and out at 11:30. It did not make sense that I checked in at 10 and at 11:30 Skyler didn't know I was even there. I saw my keys sitting on the front counter by their computer at 1130. The communication was horrible, the service was horrible up to the very end. I had to keep checking in, no one came to me. Even when my car was complete no one notified me. What is the point of having an appointment? I hesitated coming here to begin with because I originally set an appointment over the phone with the manager and when I got there they said no notes were put in the system and they had no idea what I was quoted or what the services were to be needed. I should have went with my gut and went with Firestone or Brakes Plus because they were cheaper and the service is better. I spent a couple hundred dollars and I still don't feel good about it with big o tires. I am very disappointed with this experience. When I was leaving after I paid he handed me a piece of paper and fold it in half and when I got home I realized it was not my paperwork. I never received my paid invoice or any paperwork. He gave me the wrong piece of paper in when I call to ask them to mail it to me they said It was a hassle to mail it and that they could just email it and I wanted a hard copy mailed out to me and I still don't have that. Terrible.

Everything was great I had an 8 am appointment but when I got there they didnt have the tires that I wanted that they said they had in stock so I had to wait for them to find another set and bring them from the warehouse which took a long time and didn't leave the store until 11am and had to postpone other things I had to do now I dont know if I'll get my snow tires because I dont want to sit there for four hours waiting on tires to get done

Took three and half hour. They told me an hour an half for an oil change and tire rotation. Then the broke a lug nut and it be another half hour to get a new one 20 min later the said the had to order it monday. I'm sitting here again the next Saturday because I work all week. Then the tell me it was sent to another big o some ware else. And it will take a half hour to get it here. So if I was getting paid for my time you guys would owe me about $170

I dropped off the truck after hours and brought the keys in the next morning. I had replaced all the parts necessary to have an alignment done. I told them I would be out of town and would return later to pick it up. I never received a call telling me it was done. I called to see and after a brief hold was told only that it was done. When my wife brought me down to pick it up I went to pay and see how it turned out. There was 3 guys in the lobby but apparently only one could help me but he was too busy helping what I assume was his buddy by the conversation and casual nature of the two men. After they had made their weekend plans the guy rang me up and handed me my keys. I was still never told what had been done to my truck. But after reviewing the paper work and driving the truck I am pleased with the work.

I'll begin by saying everyone we dealt with (4-6 employees) was friendly. We've used this location a few times in the past for new tires. Not sure what changed behind the scenes, but it's not the same. We dropped our car off around 9 AM four new tires. Around 2, we called to see if it was ready, they said it would be in 30 minutes. Arrived an hour later to pick it up, the checkout process wasn't smoorh, and unbeknownst to me at the time, they charged my card twice. They said 'thanks, have a nice day' and I said 'I need my key?'. Almost a half our later I was finally in my car and driving away. (They called later that night to let us know about charging the card twice).

Martin started the service, but disappeared. We were quoted an hour and a half. After two hours, the tires finally came. After three hours we were finally done. The advertised $70 rebate was not honored, because it shouldn't be on the t.v.????? I'm happy with my Michelin tires, not the overall experience.

Made commitments for completion of work and did not follow thru, took longer than expected , poor quality work have to bring vehicle back for re inspection car died day after getting out of shop

I tried to call to make an appointment, but the telephone system would not allow me to reach someone.I went in for an oil change. I also had a small leak in one of my tires and asked since they rotate the tires would they check why my tire is leaking. My car went up in the garage as if they were checking something and after about 20 minutes, I finally approached the counter to ask how long it would be. I did not see the original person that started my paperwork. I was told it would be about 10 more minutes. I did not get an estimate of what the charges would be. There seemed to be a lot of confusion as to my car. When I saw my car was out in front, I once again approached the counter. I inquired about the rotation and leak and that was not done, so they had to take my car back in the garage. I waited for another 30 minutes. They seemed very disorganized. There were mechanics standing around. I was not confident that they accomplished my oil change correctly

So I will say that they were somewhat busy. I came in around 8 am to have my driver side rear tire looked at. I think I have a slow leak. When I walked in there was a person on the phone helping someone and a man sitting in the waiting area on his phone. So I knew they were busy. I stood at the counter for a couple of minutes before a person walked in and asked if I had been helped. I told him what I need, which was a slow leak with my driver's side rear tire. He took my keys and drove the car to the back of the store. There were 2 cars in the bay and it looked like mine was next. So I sat down. In the meantime, a couple more customers walked, were helped and they sat down. An hour later I got a phone call from my daughter and I had to leave. I guess lucky for me, they had not even pulled my car into the bay, they had two different vehicles being worked on and mine was still parked in the back lot. The young man was nice when I said I needed to leave. I am okay with waiting, I understand that this world does not revolve around me or my schedule, I guess I would just like to be put in line and move up with my spot. Or be communicated with that "an emergency" came through and they needed to take them first. I buy all my tires through this store, and yes I am sure that I will be back to buy more. I am not looking for anything out of this, I already get free tire maintenance. Really all I ask is that we are told if it will take over an hour to have our car looked at. Thank you for your time.

I was very disappointed with my experience this time. I came in to get a nail taken out of my tire and got charged $15.00 for fixing it. When this has happened to my tires in the past it was always a free service. Plus I just received a coupon in the mail stating this was FREE. I don't like Big O Tire saying one thing and doing another. False advertisement.........
