Very fast. Skipped the requested alignment check. Didn't explain the fluid tests. Check out could have been more informative. Oil drips appeared on the garage floor the next morning.

Perhaps your policy of not locking the cars while sitting out front of the store needs to be reviewed. We were unhappy to find our vehicle with windows down and doors unlocked. Our complaint to staff was handled professionally.

Martin was wonderful he quoted the price, when I went to pick up my vehicle I had to call they said my cell phone was disconnected and the man actually showed where he called, I had given them my business card but they didn't try to use it and my cell phone was working he said it must be their phones. I paid the bill went to the car and there was a tool and I took it back to the front desk they said no that is your wheel lock, I asked where it should go and they gave to a young man who put it back in my cup holder between my seats, I came back in again and said where does it need to go, the kid was clueless and was told to go put by spare tire which I helped him. The bill was higher than what Martin quoted I called and he refunded money back to me. He is amazing and great with customer service so I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone.

I stopped for service after a long day, they took great care of!e and got me back at home quickly with great service!

I am always impressed with the service I receive at the North Ave store. They are very courteous and helpful. However I got new tires installed on my car and when I got home the tire pressures were greatly different in each tire? Than I had an oil change and tire rotation done on my pickup and when I got home I noticed that I had an almost flat tire. It had only 10# in it so I had to make another trip to get it repaired. This tells me that the tech is not checking tire pressures when servicing vehicles. This is strange for a tire store! I will continue to use Big O but will be more cautious and check things closer before I leave the store.

Received my Jeep back after a radiator hose assembly replacement with the coolant reservoir dry and my oil cap over tightened so tight I had to bring it back, thankfully Philippe helped me get it off.

I came in without an appointment for an oil change. They got me right in. Took about an hour, which didn't seem unreasonable. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful.

Last week had an allignment done after a lift and two parts needed moved and i could have done it outside in 5 min, but the truck was there already so i had to spend the extra 120$ .... Good allignment good warranty one year on mine , bad overcharging for extra upsales
