I have been fighting some balance issues on my 2012 jeep Rubicon. I have brought it multiple times to this store. They have been polite, quick with the service and listened to what I felt the issue is ( broken belt in a tire) . I expected and was ready to pay for the service as I feel the issue is mine to own and not thiers. The manager did not charge me on my last visit, there was no request for such generosity. Thank you for all of your help and I will return and recommend to others.

I've been a customer of the North Avenue store for many years and sets of tires. The Store Employees have always been courteous, knowledgeable, and quick, which is why I keep returning!

On Friday I dropped off 2 lawnmower tractor tires at your North Ave store, the salesmen took my name and number and asked if I would leave them with him (9:00 am). I said that would be fine, as I was not in a hurry to get them back, he said it would be later this morning. Saturday comes along and I had not received a call. I finally called around 10 as asked if they were ready, the salesmen (not the same one that helped me Friday) Said he would look, after finding them in a corner of your shop, not repaired, he apologized and said he would get them done right away. When I went to pick them up the salesman did not charge me, and again apologized! I appreciate this very much. I have literally been coming to Big O since 1984, I have not been faithful, however as I have gone to Discount in the past 6 months. When I found out that they had shoved my tires in the corner and forgot about me, I decided, right then, I wasn't coming back! However...... the actions of your salesman on Saturday made me rethink that decision! Thanks for making it right! I wish I could remember names to give proper thanks.

I had previously gone to another Big O location in Grand Junction and was not happy with the way I was treated, and I had ordered tires for my vehicle at that time. They never contacted me to let me know the tires were there. I came to the location on North and they found the tires that I had ordered, got them to their location, mounted them, and performed other important services for me, all within 45 minutes. The service at this location was fantastic and the staff was polite. I was very pleased with the way things were handled and that is why I usually go to Big O. I can buy tires or go anywhere for service, but it all boils down to customer service!!! Thanks to this crew for providing that!

I needed new tires for my set of extra wheels. The reps were very helpful in ensuring my wheels got new valve assemblies in addition to the new tires and balance.
