I took in 4 tires to be mounted and was told it might be an hour. I left it there and went back 2 hours later was still in the parking lot. When I called 4 hours later they were like oh ya it's been done for hours. I know that to be false because I was watching. Plus the man told me he would call after it was completed

The people were very friendly, They got me in without an appointment. Answered questions well. Only negative was I was told 1.5 hrs to put shocks on and get and alignment and it took 3 hours. Again they were very busy. I have always had good service at the Grand Junction North Ave Store.

Staff was nice. I had some snow tires put on and after it was completed I noticed a slight sound of metal on metal (?), I was concerned as I didn't have the noise before having the tires put on. I came in the next morning early and had staff look at the car again and they stated something about how the noise was coming from the right front wheel area and when they placed the tire on it was aligned right???? They made an adjustment and all is good now I believe, as the noise is gone. So, I had some concerns and still kind of do but staff were helpful.

The only complaint I have is every time I come in for a tire rotation the tech tells me that my car needs an alignment even though I had one the previous visit. Shouldn't alignments last more than 3000 miles?

I know that they were busy and said it would be a hour or so and that I would get a call. When I dropped my truck off it was 11ish and by 2 or 3 that afternoon I had to call and find out about the status of my truck.

We came in for an emergency visit on our cross country drive from LA to Boston. We needed two new tires and an alignment. Martin was able to squeeze us in on a busy Monday morning and find matching tires, as well. We truly appreciate the service. They also found we needed an inner tie rod which bumped up the price more than we expected. He gave us a $30 service discount without asking which was greatly appreciated. this may be more of a good thing than a bad, but we as customers had to do a lot of our own up selling. we nearly doubled the price with the extras you guys missed! but I am glad it wasn't high pressure or anything.

I was in March '19 for FOL and rotation and told them I needed to know what number my brakes were at because my Town and Country really goes thru them. I saw the mechanics printout and it said 7. I was in again on May 22 for FOL and rotation and was told my brakes were an 8. I do 3 cars and a camper at Big O and I need competence!

Appointment was kept on time. Tires were installed as quoted. Surprised and disappointed at the installation of nitrogen in tires without approval. Need to be upfront with customer when adding additional costs without approval.

All the tires were at different psi on the tire and the store was dirty and poor customer services and wait 20 mins to check out ..

It seemed that since I took advantage of the free oil change and front end inspection I was put on the back burner. I was there for for about 4 hours.

Big O Tires replaced all four of my tires and they work great. They also did it quickly. My only complaint is that I went in to get tires and felt pressured to fix other things on my vehicle. These things were checked out, and given an ok on by my Car dealer less than a week before.

My online appointment that was booked for 7am was not in the stores system and upon arrival the tires that were listed as in stock were not in stock at the store. It took 2 hours to get another set delivered. In all, I didn't leave the store until nearly 11am.

Great service!: I replaced my Michelin MXV4 Plus with Michelin M/S Defender & they are so much smoother ride.They have deeper treads & can'T wait to try them in the snow here in Colorado!
