Received my Jeep back after a radiator hose assembly replacement with the coolant reservoir dry and my oil cap over tightened so tight I had to bring it back, thankfully Philippe helped me get it off.

Big O Tires did an excellent job of getting my air conditioning working, which had not worked for several years.

Everything went well and my vehicle was finished on time.

I came in without an appointment for an oil change. They got me right in. Took about an hour, which didn't seem unreasonable. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful.

Staff is friendly and helpful. They got me a great set of tires at a really great price, gave me $40 off for doing the full set and they even did an alignment inspection for free. They never pressure you or make you pay for unnecessary services.

Pricing online didn't match. The required masks sign was not on the door. Staff was not wearing masks. Staff came from behind plastic shield to explain the bill causing us to back away. Items were included in final bill never explained or discussed in advance, yet there it was.

I requested all my tire pressures be checked and adjusted to correct psi. Tire pressures were same as when I brought in. I informed associate that the pressure sensor in car were higher than the filling station air gauge.

Great to be able to schedule on line. In and out in 30 min. With oil change and light bulb change.
