Staff is friendly and helpful. They got me a great set of tires at a really great price, gave me $40 off for doing the full set and they even did an alignment inspection for free. They never pressure you or make you pay for unnecessary services.

I arrived with a nail in my rear tire. It is a handicap accessible van that is used to transport my special needs daughter. The were extremely helpful, getting me the right tire from another store and replacing the damage tire within 45 minutes. The tech asked right away if my daughter was "hanging out" in the car. His concern was very much appreciated. Thank you for doing a great job and getting me in ASAP!

Staff was nice. I had some snow tires put on and after it was completed I noticed a slight sound of metal on metal (?), I was concerned as I didn't have the noise before having the tires put on. I came in the next morning early and had staff look at the car again and they stated something about how the noise was coming from the right front wheel area and when they placed the tire on it was aligned right???? They made an adjustment and all is good now I believe, as the noise is gone. So, I had some concerns and still kind of do but staff were helpful.

I know that they were busy and said it would be a hour or so and that I would get a call. When I dropped my truck off it was 11ish and by 2 or 3 that afternoon I had to call and find out about the status of my truck.

Everyone was very down to earth and extremely nice. They found that I needed control arms and that I had a cracked rim. They helped me find a place to get my rim welded, and let me know exactly what I needed when it came to my control arm. I'll definitely be back when I need tires again. Get staff.

this may be more of a good thing than a bad, but we as customers had to do a lot of our own up selling. we nearly doubled the price with the extras you guys missed! but I am glad it wasn't high pressure or anything.

4 new tires and alignment on a Saturday. They were busy but got it done within the 2 hours they said it would take. Truck drive much better.
