Needed new ball joints and Tom Garner did the work. Did a great job and I tested my jeep today with no "death wobble" which was Tom's diagnosis. He was friendly and competent. Much appreciated.

Donnie, Leo and Earl took very good care of me. This is a team that should be kept together.

Everyone was very down to earth and extremely nice. They found that I needed control arms and that I had a cracked rim. They helped me find a place to get my rim welded, and let me know exactly what I needed when it came to my control arm. I'll definitely be back when I need tires again. Get staff.

The service was great. The only downside was I had to wait for 2 hours for them to fix a nail in my tire because of how busy they were

4 new tires and alignment on a Saturday. They were busy but got it done within the 2 hours they said it would take. Truck drive much better.

Called late one afternoon to get a price on some odd sized tires for an old car I am restoring. Jerome was great on the phone and let me know the tires were in stock at a great price. Pulled up the next day and he greeted me outside and had all my info and I was there less than 10 minutes! Very professional and courteous.

Big O Tires did an outstanding job of replacing the tires on the 2002 Honda Civic LX. The price was very reasonable.

On Wed morning June 19th I took my car to get fixed. I want to let u know that two young men that were working were so great, very respectful and helpful. They seemed to care about my needs. Big O Tires did an excellent job of getting my air conditioning working, which had not worked for several years.

Martin Landeros helped me while I was traveling through Grand Junction on my way to Mesa Verde. Traveling from Golden on I 70 I noticed my front end shimmying at about 70 mph. He said it was probably the tires out of balance and he fixed it while we waited. There was no charge because I got my tires from Big O and he was so nice and helpful and we were done in less than an hour. He has excellent customer service skills and our trip was not delayed very long. Thank you for all you do to help those with car trouble. It was 5-9-2017 sorry it took me this long to write.

Big o tires was amazing I couldnt find my coupon and they honored it anyway. They told me 30 minutes and it was about 15
