Martin Landeros helped me while I was traveling through Grand Junction on my way to Mesa Verde. Traveling from Golden on I 70 I noticed my front end shimmying at about 70 mph. He said it was probably the tires out of balance and he fixed it while we waited. There was no charge because I got my tires from Big O and he was so nice and helpful and we were done in less than an hour. He has excellent customer service skills and our trip was not delayed very long. Thank you for all you do to help those with car trouble. It was 5-9-2017 sorry it took me this long to write.

I have bought tires there for years, but never knew that they would give me a $10.00 discount on my oil change for doing so. Along with the free tire rotation, which comes with buying tires there, and the free alignment check. Now I know where I will be getting my oil changes.

It had been awhile since I used Big O but this place was very helpful and I got a good deal on the service that was performed. So far all is going well with my new tires and shocks and struts.

As a tire store Big O on North Ave. can't be beat. I purchased four Big O tires and was in and out in about 55 minutes. They filled the tires above what is recommend by the car manufacture by about 13 pounds but that was corrected at home with an air gauge, but other than that I would recommend BigO for tires.

I arrived with a nail in my rear tire. It is a handicap accessible van that is used to transport my special needs daughter. The were extremely helpful, getting me the right tire from another store and replacing the damage tire within 45 minutes. The tech asked right away if my daughter was "hanging out" in the car. His concern was very much appreciated. Thank you for doing a great job and getting me in ASAP!

Outstanding service and support from the time you walk through the door until the time you leave with all of your services completed. The Big-O staff on North Avenue are absolutely amazing, starting with the front office personnel (who somehow seem to magically anticipate your needs before you even tell them what you want done). Then, there's the Nascar style "Pitcrew" guys in the shop that attack your vehicle, wheels, tires (whatever you brought in to be done) like their life depends on it! Every time I go there to have work done I feel like I should be holding a stopwatch with my thumb on the start/stop button ready to yell out "TIME" to let them know they broke the fastest record, yet again, on whatever task it is they did for me that time. Most importantly, when it's time to pay my bill, the super friendly front office staff always seem to find me the best deal that saves me money WITHOUT me having to ask if there are any discounts or promotions!
