North Ave Big O has provided me excellent tire service for 10+ years. The mechanical team keeps my 10+ year old Kia working for me whether or not it's serious or minor. $20 to fix my heater -Wow! You have my business for my remaining years in GJ. A sincere thank you from one who knows little about cars and has to trust that I won't be taken advantage of -which has never happened.

I was unable to receive my Goodyear rebate due to a glitch in the system, and the store made sure to make it right. I got new tires as well as a transmission flush, and my car is running so much better now!

The folks here went above and beyond for me. I had something wrong with my A/C, and thought it was just a loose hose. No other mechanics would look at it without charging me a bundle just to see what was wrong. They claimed they had to take my engine apart to look at it. I knew that wasn't true. In a last-ditch effort I saw that Big O does A/C servicing. I was hoping they could see if the hose just needed to be tightened back on. The mechanic spent at least an hour with my car, (he didn't have to take the whole thing apart, by the way, haha,) and found that the hose was loose because the piece that secures it to the air compressor was broken in half. He clearly went out of his way to try and find some other, cheaper way to fix it, but it was as clear to me as it was to him that the whole air compressor needed to be replaced. I was not charged a penny for them to do this, even though I was prepared to pay -something- for the time this lovely man put into trying to save my A/C. I was clearly upset, but tried to keep it to myself. I couldn't afford that kind of money until August. (This was in June.) Skyler gave me a quote, gave me $100 off without me needing to ask for it, and found the cheapest compressor he could find. (I looked around myself, and couldn't find any much cheaper.) I had a few months and searched around. No one could match that price for parts, labor, and freon refill. After the kindness, empathy, and honesty I was shown in June, I came back to Big O to get my air compressor replaced once I had the money. I also got new tires and an oil change - again, Skyler and his associates went above and beyond to give me the best deal possible to soften the blow. They treated me with the kind of small-town trust, honesty, and empathy that I have not seen in a very long time. They treated me like a human being. Like a neighbor. I was shown incredible respect, and was never talked down to because I am a woman. I will never go to another place to get my car serviced if I can possibly help it. My A/C is working beautifully, and the quality of tires I got for the price blew me away. As a side note, I have an anxiety disorder. Situations like dealing with a major and expensive car repair are really difficult for me. I am flustered around people, feel intimidated easily, and tend to get talked into things I don't need because of my nervousness. These folks made me feel so calm and safe. I knew they weren't going to do anything to take advantage of me. They even gave me a free ride in their shuttle when I accidentally got dropped off at the wrong Big O! (Very embarrassing, but again, the compassion and kindness I was shown made what would have been a frightening experience a funny one.) Thank you, everyone at Big O in Grand Junction on North Avenue!!! I hardly ever fill out these surveys, but I had to make sure you knew how much I appreciated how you treated me.

Had a 100k work done on my SUV, Martin was very helpful giving me the best deal and explaining all the works that needs to be done. The work was outstanding! Will definitely recommend!
