I came in thinking I had a hole in my radiator and was told that my cap had blown off! Whew! What a relief! Also I was a little over for my lube, oil and filter, so I asked it they had time (it was 4:30ish). I was taken care of in short order and received a discount on top of it! Happy day! Thanks!

Well I've been going to Big O enough that I'm recognized by Earl. I'm grateful for how Earl and his team treats me. I have great respect for Earl and I trust his judgment. I prefer his store.

Couldn't answer any of your question on number 3 because none of it was offered!!! There was some sort of a mishap but not sure what it all entailed. Saw my Blazer brought to the front of the store parked then 2 -3 men looked at the passenger side, then a floor jack was brought out and my Blazer was lifted and then 1 of the men had what looked like to me a brand new unmounted tire and taking it back to the garage???? So did they run over the new tire and drag it out??? Have no idea!!! But other than that , I'm happy with my new tires.

Whenever I've used Big O Tire the customer service is amazing. They are polite, knowledgeable and eager to fix my problem. I recently had something puncture my tire and could hear the tire hissing. I knew if I made it to Big O they would take care of me. Sure enough, my tire was fixed immediately and I was on my way at no charge. And..I didn't even purchase the tires from Big O...Amazing service!
