Big"O on North Ave. in Grand Junction, CO, did a great job of giving me a free tire balance and tire rotation, plus they did the free alignment check and determined I needed as new alignment. They also discovered I needed new brakes, so they put new brakes on my 2006 Dodge Dakota. I appreciate all the work they did and the great job they did.

I spilled my coffee all over the store and sales man - David- continued with a smile after mopping up my mess. He was very helpful! I got the best tires for my money!

For #3 above I wasn't greeted at my car nor was I offered a credit card application and both of those not happening was fine with me. I purchased the 1 year alignment package along with my tires so I already knew I was getting an alignment with my tire rotation. I do like that option of alignments throughout the year. I also like that I can set up an appointment and not have to just drop in. The guys who helped me did a nice job, no complaints on my part. The technician who did the alignment spoke to me about his findings and that was nice feedback. Overall I had a good experience.

I came in thinking I had a hole in my radiator and was told that my cap had blown off! Whew! What a relief! Also I was a little over for my lube, oil and filter, so I asked it they had time (it was 4:30ish). I was taken care of in short order and received a discount on top of it! Happy day! Thanks!

THIS BIG O IS THE BEST! THEY STAYED WAY PAST WHEN THEY HAD TOO AND COULDVE TURNED US AWAY! THEY DIDNT AND ON TOP OF IT RAN TO THE PART STORE AFTER HOURS TWICE AND MADE IT HAPPEN. THANK YOU BIG O TIRES YOU GUYS HAVE MY LIFE LONG BUSINESS!
