Couldn't answer any of your question on number 3 because none of it was offered!!! There was some sort of a mishap but not sure what it all entailed. Saw my Blazer brought to the front of the store parked then 2 -3 men looked at the passenger side, then a floor jack was brought out and my Blazer was lifted and then 1 of the men had what looked like to me a brand new unmounted tire and taking it back to the garage???? So did they run over the new tire and drag it out??? Have no idea!!! But other than that , I'm happy with my new tires.

I got there around 4 p.m. and for the first time no one was waiting and they got me in and out real fast. I had a tire rotation done.

They were fast friendly and efficient. Found an additional problem and fixed it no problem. My car is running so much better now!

I recieved fast and friendly service, even though i didnt have anything done but a check on my brakes, they were fast and friendly.

I came in thinking I had a hole in my radiator and was told that my cap had blown off! Whew! What a relief! Also I was a little over for my lube, oil and filter, so I asked it they had time (it was 4:30ish). I was taken care of in short order and received a discount on top of it! Happy day! Thanks!
