Big O Tires

Had the tires rotated on my vehicle. Was done quickly and I was on my way.. thank you.. enjoyed the coffee while I waited.

I came in for a tire rotation. I just want to say "Thank you" for the employees taking time out of their busy days to do this free service for our community. we have used paid services here also in the past and have always been very pleased with all of the service. The gentleman who took my info was very respectful and on the ball!

Had flat tire. Because of the great service, it was no more than a minor inconvenience.

Someone at the store ordered the wrong size tire so even though we ordered the correct size I ended up having to wait until it was redelivered from another store.

For #3 above I wasn't greeted at my car nor was I offered a credit card application and both of those not happening was fine with me. I purchased the 1 year alignment package along with my tires so I already knew I was getting an alignment with my tire rotation. I do like that option of alignments throughout the year. I also like that I can set up an appointment and not have to just drop in. The guys who helped me did a nice job, no complaints on my part. The technician who did the alignment spoke to me about his findings and that was nice feedback. Overall I had a good experience.

Fixed a tire with slow leak around rim and at no charge! This is why I buy all of my tires from Big O.

On Sept, 10 2016 I went into Big O Tires and had them look at my tire that had a slow leak. Their Repentative Brian or Brad, sorry i don't remember names well. He spoke with me and he treated me with Respect and very much answered my questions. I thought how refreshing and someone who shows the public we like having your business. Thank You.
