I just really like big o tires for everything that they can do for my car. I have been going to big o tires for many years and I know that I can depend on them for everything and they will give me the right answers.

I've been a customer of the North Avenue store for many years and sets of tires. The Store Employees have always been courteous, knowledgeable, and quick, which is why I keep returning!

Driving through town and noticed that the trailer we were pulling had a flat tire. Drove into Big- O Tires and they helped us right away and were very nice and helpful. They got us in quickly and so we were able to be on our way to travel again without waiting. They provided great service and I would highly recommend them.

On Friday I dropped off 2 lawnmower tractor tires at your North Ave store, the salesmen took my name and number and asked if I would leave them with him (9:00 am). I said that would be fine, as I was not in a hurry to get them back, he said it would be later this morning. Saturday comes along and I had not received a call. I finally called around 10 as asked if they were ready, the salesmen (not the same one that helped me Friday) Said he would look, after finding them in a corner of your shop, not repaired, he apologized and said he would get them done right away. When I went to pick them up the salesman did not charge me, and again apologized! I appreciate this very much. I have literally been coming to Big O since 1984, I have not been faithful, however as I have gone to Discount in the past 6 months. When I found out that they had shoved my tires in the corner and forgot about me, I decided, right then, I wasn't coming back! However...... the actions of your salesman on Saturday made me rethink that decision! Thanks for making it right! I wish I could remember names to give proper thanks.
