Big O Tires

I went in for an oil change, got to me in about 15 minutes instead of 45. Had fresh coffee.

I had a sudden low tire light so went to Big O right away. They got right on it and found the big screw that puncture a hole. It was fixed right away at no charge. The entire process took about 20 minutes!

I have been a customer of the Big O on Highway 6&50 for many years. I buy my tires there, but also use it for oil changes and routine maintenance. I have found that they are honest, will give me the truth, but not pressure me to get unnecessary or non-urgent repairs.

Some of your questions require qualifications, i.e. when employees are busy helping customers inside, they can't greet you on the outside. After all, it is a dirty business and the waiting room will never look like one you would see at a hospital. Because I am a repeat customer, I have been offered some of the services mentioned above.

Thank you very much for the great service on my Jeep. I have tricky wheels that are hard to balance and they do their best to get them perfect for me. I will be taking my Jeep back to Big O for sure.

I went to this Big O after I had a terrible experience with the other one in town. They fixed my tire (which was supposed to be fixed by the other one) in 15 minutes. The other store took an hour and the tire still leaked. They fixed it for free as well!

You should make it easier to fill this out by allowing me to answer what I want rather than forcing me to, which only irritates me, and then I don't want to participate!!!! "Product knowledge and expertise" was not relevant in my visit to have my tires rotated. I won't be filling this questionnaire out again because it is a pain in the butt. I didn't want to be forced to write any comment.

I went in to fix a headlight. They said to hours that's all it took. They said it would cost $110.00 to fix it was $115.00, and they called me when it was done.
