Having snow tires removed and summer tires put back on. Sean was entirely willing to have the team try to pull dent out of front left fender. Did not work, but attempt was made. Gave me an online referral source for car parts if needed. The extra effort was greatly appreciated. Very informative and helpful staff. Helped me identify all the problems with my high mileage car.

The people at Big o helped with a low tire pressure warning. Then, examined and fixed my tire due to a slow leak.

Recently I have bought all my tires at Big O on Castle Pines Pkwy because they air my tires, rotate and fix flats free. Treat customers right on the small things and they will come back for the big ticket items.
