Tim, the manager, does a great job at making you feel welcomed & appreciates your business. He's very thorough when he tells you what you need. It's a top notch place to bring your vehicle.

Customer service is great. I went in with 2 screws in my tire and they fixed them quickly.

They are in my neighborhood, and were ready to work at the appointment time. They texted me progress reports, and then texted me when it was all done. They also suggested rear brake work but did not put the hard sell on for that as it could be deferred a while.

Customer Service was above and beyond. Had a family emergency that led to a hospitalization and they were able to work around my needs. Was certainly going to understand if they would have to push my appointment back but the fact you guys were able to work around what was going on and then to get the job done as quickly as you did was amazing.
