My car started breaking down on my way from COS to the airport and I had to pull off the side of the highway and happened to be at the Castle Pines Pkwy exit. I had to continue my journey in an Uber after parking at the 7-Eleven across the street, but I saw the Big-O once I got in the Uber. My friends drove up to take my car across the street to you guys and your employee Andrew took it from there and was amazing!! I was leaving for a weeklong trip and Andrew made sure I knew what had happened to my car, how they could fix it, and the pricing. And then that you guys had the ability to hold onto my car until I came back from my trip. He was so helpful and amazing, this was a bad experience that turned into a great experience because of Big-O and Andrew!
