Big O Tires

Brought my car in for nails in my tires. Was told at least one of my tires could not be patched and was only suggested by the associate to get new tires. He did not however inform me that I had tire protection. So instead of buying new tires that day I asked for them to fill the tires. I was not made aware that they must have pulled the nails out of my tire until the next morning when my tire blew on the highway. The entire issue could have been avoided if the associate had just checked on if I had tire protection.

My headlight went out on my Fiat and they were able to replace the bulb right away.

I paid for an oil change that advertised Free Top Off Service. My check oil message came on in my car so I brought my car in for an oil change. You were fully booked so I asked for a top off until I could bring it back in. I was told you were not allowed to do that anymore. So basically you sold me something under false advertising. "Free Top Off Service" is still on your website so I suggest if you are not going to honor it, take it down!!! Been going to this location since you opened. Nice Loyalty!!!

Having snow tires removed and summer tires put back on. Sean was entirely willing to have the team try to pull dent out of front left fender. Did not work, but attempt was made. Gave me an online referral source for car parts if needed. The extra effort was greatly appreciated. I trust all my vehicles, and their maintenance beyond tires, to this shop and the associates employed here.

Over 100% mark up on the parts needed for a brake job on my truck! They have got the last of my money! Service writer never contacted me with an estimate! Personally I will travel Twice as far to do business with another shop! This store has seen the last of me! 769$ for a set of pads and rotors and an oil change?!?!? Never Again!

Will continue to use. Never any problem scheduling a timely service appointment. Pretty fast with oil changes.

Frustrating: After being told that I don't need an appt. for tire rotation (which I would have done if it was recommended), I'm told it's a 2 hour wait and their "Express" bay is for tire installation, which is all backed up...not "express," needless to say.Even drove out of my way to get there today and didn't get done what I needed done.Tried to support a local business by buying my tires there, but won't support this one anymore.Manager is multi-tasking (talking to another employee) while I'm trying to talk to him; very rude.And, their oil change prices are HIGHER than my car dealer...won't be using them for that either.Definitely a change in how the business is run since the new owners took over....too bad!

The service guy left oil inprints on every part he touched Seat was nasty oil stained door handle steering were oil laced They rotated my tires for free.Thank You But hood wheel wheels Fenders had oil prints.It shows up on A White Truck.Dawn dish liquid Cleaned it up

Very informative and helpful staff. Helped me identify all the problems with my high mileage car.

The oil leaked out within 3 miles of the store leaving a big oil trail behind. Kelvin kept putting other customers in front of me instead of helping me when I was stranded on the side of the road.

Recently I have bought all my tires at Big O on Castle Pines Pkwy because they air my tires, rotate and fix flats free. Treat customers right on the small things and they will come back for the big ticket items.

I referred a friend to Big O on Castle Pines Pkwy for an oil change & tire rotation. Not surprisingly, he had exceptional service. You just can't find better service or prices anywhere. They will "shop" pricing to make sure you are getting the best deal. The mechanics are top notch, I've NEVER had a problem with any service done there. Lastly, the overall attitude is "what can I do for you today?" As a single mom I am grateful Big O has a network of employees I can count on & trust.

I would like very much to thank Rod and his team for helping me and my family deal with an issue that arose after a tire installation at his shop. I called with a complaint around the safety for us and our new baby. Rod was more than courteous, helpful and kind in his manner of dealing with the problem. I brought the car back and Rod had the issue resolved, which was far over the normal ask of any tire service store. THANK YOU to Rod and the staff of Big O Tires, Castle Pines. I will recommend you highly from this point forward. My family and I are in your debt.

I purchased new tires for my Mazda CX-5 and also changed from winter to summer tires on my other car, a Hyundai Sonata. Both services were done with high quality and in the timeframe promised. I took the recommended tires, the Michelin, and am extremely happy with the choice. They are good people to do business with.
