I am a regular customer and have been happy with their staff. Took my suburban and they quickly identified it as battery replacement issue and I actually pruchased a new one even though I could have been better off taking it to the palce I bough the old battery from 3 years ago (potentially still had prorated warranty). The primary reason for that was their service representatives have beenn good to work it. What happened next was a little surpursing to me.The speedometer stopped working (the customer service rep mentioned it to me) but was working before I took the car there. They said they need to keep it overnight and do diagnostics. They called me next day saying that I need a new instrumental panel and I need to take this to a dealer. I have no idea what diagnostics they did but once I left their place with my suburban and drove 300 meters, the speedometer started working. I am happy that the speedometer started working, but am questioning their diagnostic capability and the corresponding ~$45 charge..

After taking my Tacoma there for several years, the last oil change I was charged extra because apparently, my truck takes more oil.And a half quart of oil is $5 plus tax.Probably will find another shop for oil changes.

1. Purchased new front tires for my wife's 330i, Very Good 2. Bolt on Swap Snow Tires (4) for X5, POOR as they NEVER checked the tire pressure which was low so I was forced to deal with this issue.

Tires were rotated, and alignment was done. Had to bring my car back because it was vibrating while on I-25. They balanced the tires, which should have been done while rotating the tires. Also oil change was done, but no recommendation for replacing air filter and wipers. When I brought it back for the balancing of my tires, they recommend air filter and wiper blades? I was told a temp guy is the one who did the oil change, and when dealing with people you will always have human errors. There's room for improvement.

Customer Service was above and beyond. Had a family emergency that led to a hospitalization and they were able to work around my needs. Was certainly going to understand if they would have to push my appointment back but the fact you guys were able to work around what was going on and then to get the job done as quickly as you did was amazing. I cannot tell you enough how much I appreciate your willingness to go above and beyond in working with me. Customer Service was outstanding!!
