The staff was very accommodating and because I had road hazard insurance (took a nail in the tire) they took care of calling the processor and getting it all approved.

There was a younger man working the counter Sunday - I didn't catch his name - he was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were a walk-in but he assured us that we would get service as soon as a bay opened. He was true to his word and our vehicle was ready a couple hours later. Thanks to all for your help.

I had been quoted in the past but didn't check the cost when I dropped my van off, however Steven didn't point out the cost either. My husband and I have been bringing in our cars to this location for years. The staff has been very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and kind every time we have been in.

I tried to bring my car in twice for an oil change. First time told they may be able to get me in at noon, I tell the rep I'll be back then... I bring my car back at 1120am (early)to drop it off and I am told I lost my slot. But if I leave it, I can get my car back by 3, 4 or maybe 5pm? 2 hrs later my wife drops by to have her breaks fixed with no appoint and gets in right away. I realize Oil changes are not big $, but I get all my work done there and my tires. I very rarely get weekdays off, this was kinda a bummer experience...still got my MAINT REQD light flashing at me.

We purchased a set of tires for our Honda Pilot less than 2 years ago. They were consistently deflating from 36psi down to 14psi within a few weeks. Putting air in them only bought us time. I called the Castle Pines location to inquire about the issue. They remarked it was likely the Mag Chloride from snowy roads corroding the wheel and affecting the seal. They had us bring in the car and did all the work for free. I'll keep bringing my cars here for oil changes and tires. They could have certainly charged me something to dfi that work, but instead they took care of it quickly and without question. Big fan of their customer service!

We sincerely appreciate the professional & integrity of the mechanics & supervisors at this facility. When they found that my timer belt didn't need replacement, the supervisor informed me of this situation & advised me that this repair was unnecessary, saving me about $400. Thank you

After discussing that the manufacturer requires fully synthetic oil and that the next oil change would be in 5000 miles, the reminder sticker placed in the car states the change will be due in 3000 miles. This should be updated in the system.
