BigO Always does great service for all of my cars! I refer them as often as I can.

The reason I bought from them instead of the dealer is that they have provided great service, even on tires that I did not buy from them. Thus, I have complete confidence that they will do a stand up job for me.

It was fine, I just get super tired of them trying to up sale everything! There is always something else that I need other than the service I have requested.

Steven called to tell me that the time I accepted for an appointment was not available. That was a little disappointing but he immediately offered me an appointment the same day and I was able to make that time. He is very friendly and took care of the request quickly and efficiently.
