Big O Tires

I've been using Big O of Castle Pines for tires and basic service for several years.The guys there are courteous and helpful.Technicians are great.Service done promptly.They are doing an oil change today on my Tahoe.

I needed 4 new tires, and I shopped around for pricing before going to the store. Store was able to get the tires I wanted with a good price the next day. Discussed other options with higher priced tires, but based on my driving needs the lower priced tires were the best option. Great to be able to deal with a company that actual listens to the customer.

Wonderful, fast service from Big O. We arrived a few minutes early and they got right to work putting new tires on our car. We were finished in record time and totally enjoyed the helpful staff.. an discount available on the tir3s.f.

On April 10 Stephen Graham assisted me with getting new tires on my car. We have been coming to your place for years but had not yet met Stephen or had had the pleasure of working with him. He is fantastic! He knows his stuff and never once did I feel pressured into purchasing something unnecessary or spending more money than necessary. I was greeted at the door by Adrian (he opened the door for me). thanks me for coming, got my cars description and request what service I needed today after confirming I made an appointment, I confirmed the service needed and asked if he would honor a competitors coupon, which he responded that he would take take of this. The service was done in a timely manner. I left as a happy customer and will recommend the location to others. Thanks S Ellison

Very friendly and service oriented staff. We had some work done that wasn't tire related and it took them longer to finish than they thought it would take. However, they stood by their estimate and charged us only for the time they quoted. The work was done very well.

I've been going to this Big O store for several years. They always provide great service at competitive prices. I get oil changes and brakes done there as well as tires. Highly recommend.

I called thinking a belt was 'going' and to have my rear door hinges replaced. I scheduled a time to drop off my Yukon and then was an hour late...I communicated the problem with Adrian and he told me NOT to worry!--they could still get me in. They found an oil leak and were able to fix that too and all was well. I didn't drive the Yukon until school drop off on Monday and I heard a 'noise'--I thought I had a flat tire??--I dropped off at school and drove straight back to Big O and they got me in right away and took care of the mystery noise. Everyone was very helpful, very positive and a joy to work with.
