As usual, Big-O was great at identifying the problem. I went in with a flat tire that turned out to not be fixable. So I bought all new tires. That was fast, but the alignment machine gets backed up.

Big O Tires has always been a favorite of mine. Easy appt, friendly and knowledgeable staff, quick and solid workmanship and fair pricing lead them to the head of the pack. We moved to Colorado 13 years ago and my first experience was them fixing a flat tire for free. Regards, Joe Pascucci

I appreciate that when I pull up, you've already entered my license plate and know who I am. You've taken very good care of my old car and, even though I don't live and work in that neighborhood anymore, I drive 10 miles to see you. I'm a widow and don't know much about cars, but I believe you're honest with me and don't take advantage.
