Big O Tires

Hello! I did not come into this location but I have to rave about one of your employee's! I had a flat tire on the side of the highway coming into Castle Rock and EDDIE stopped and helped me change my tire. He was so quick and I was grateful for his help!!!! I would definitely recommend using Big O Castle Pines- their employee's rock!!

Friendly fast service on my tire repair and no charge.

Needed a tire patched. Got in within the hour. Took an hour to repair and seemed a reasonable fee for patching and repairing

I had some previously-replaced parts fail. While the shop originally quoted me a charge of $800 labor for warrranied parts, Jay came through and did the repairs at no charge to me.

Big O Tires have always been great during our 18 years in CO. Back in 2004, they fixed a tire for me and patched it at no charge. Always professional, fair, informative and efficient way of doing business. They deserve the high marks that I give them in surveys and reviews. Regards, Joe Pascucci

On intial inspection, Stephen understood the time crunch I was in and the need to pick my kids up from school. They all made sure that I could leave in the appropriate time. It was determined that the problem was more intensive than I had suspected, so after having my car up for an alignment that couldn’t take place (needed tie rods replaced and had to file an insurance claim) they got my car back to me with no charge. Once I got the claim going, I brought the car back and they were able to get it back to me as quick as possible. Stephen kept in communication so I would know where they were in the process and was extremely helpful with explaining everything and answering my questions. Definitely would recommend this shop to others, as the customer service was above and beyond!

Justin and the other gentlemen at this location went above and beyond for me getting me in when they really didn’t have time to do so. I ended up with a bolt in my tire losing air quickly and had no one to rely on to help drop me off and pick me up. These guys however really came through for me when I needed it and I’m truly grateful for them.

The front of shop staff were all very friendly. Removed a nail from my tire that other shops couldn't remove and didn't even charge me for it.
