I was hooked on Big O when I stopped in on a whim and had them do service and replace my brakes.When they told me I had another 30,000 miles on my brakes I thought this is a place with integrity.I had had a bad experience at a national brand when 3 neighbors compared notes and we were all told we needed struts that could fail on the expressway and be dangerous.

As usual for this store the service was top notch. These guys rock. You can't beat their honest and straightforward approach to auto service. Car maintenance is expensive, but I always know I am getting a fair deal from Rod, Tony or Fred for quality work when I use Big O at this location.

The work was done on my Jeep and when I drove away- about 10 minutes later, the lights came back on, so I drive back. Turned out a switch was fried during repairs. A new switch was ordered and I waited for that repair. Big O has never let me down. Service always over the top!
