Big O Tires

Rod was very knowledgeable about the tires that would best accommodate my car for the upcoming winter months. He gave me a few different options and let me pick which I thought would be best for my driving habits and my budget. It was a really great experience being in such good hands at the Castle Pines store.

I’ve been a customer of Big O on Castle Pines Parkway for nearly 20 years. I trust that I will get honest service and advice.

I was visiting the state with my friends and unfortunately had a flat tire with our rental car. Luckily we were close to big o tires at castle pines. Derek was very friendly to us and offered to change the tire for free. The place was very clean and we were offered beverages. The other staff that we interacted with were also very nice and friendly to us. Great customer service indeed. Keep up with the good job.

The staff is always so incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. Not only does our entire household purchase our tires at Big O (for 3 vehicles), but we also have service, and oil changes done there. Just recently, Big O helped me with two vehicle issues. The undercover of my vehicle was coming off and I also had a large bolt in my tires. They always help me in these situations as well. It is great to know we have such a great place to go whenever we need any type of help/service with our vehicles.

The service rep Steven was very helpful in getting me a tire replacement same day. I was in and out in less than20 mins best service ever!

I stopped in without an appointment for tire rotation and to check the brakes. They took care of everything, and replaced my rotors (which I knew needed to be done) in a pretty short time and all is good. A great bunch of folks to work with.

Did what was asked and found a screw in one tire and repaired it at no additional charge.

We love our Big O store here in Castle Pines! They are "neighbors" in a very real way - old time care and service. No need to drive any farther from home!

Russ walked me through everything from the first phone call forward. He was very good at explaining everything that was found with my tires and alignment and I will call him for all my tire needs from this day forward!
