Steven and Tim were very helpful. We brought our daughter's car in for what we thought would be charging the air conditioning unit. It ended up needing to replace the entire system and main belts. They worked at getting the parts and service done in a very timely manner so that she could have the car back before the start of work on Monday morning.

2nd time in to this location this month, Stephen is fantastic. Job was completed exceptionally well and quickly both times. Pleasure to do business with.

The staff worked me in among other appointments. The staff was quick and helpful and the service was done right.

Good communication and quick service

As usual, these guys are first rate. Fixed things and suggested real other fixes we needed, but did not push. Excellent atmosphere.

This Big O had friendly and knowledgeable staff, quick service and great pricing. I felt they were transparent in their explanation and satisfied with the pricing. I've often felt like I'm being upsold service and products at other repair shops and was grateful that was not the case during my visit here.

The appointment process was great and was able to get an appointment the same day. Actually changed my oil in faster time than was provided. Been going to the Big O store in castle pines for some time now and always get great service.

A little surprised I need an alignment due to mileage and age of vehicle. Free alignment check could come across as an upsell, something one expects from the car dealer's service department. Same for the fact I was told I needed a full synthetic oil change for my 2017 Murano, and that all vehicles 2015 and newer required full synthetic oil. On the flip side, vehicle was serviced right away and was done much sooner than expected.

The associate that I dropped off my keys to was very friendly. He was younger and had glasses. He congratulated me on my sobriety when he saw my 18 month key chain.

On a Sunday in early August I had a air leak in my rental car tire because of a large screw. They changed my tire to the spare donut so that I could return the car back to the airport. I was lucky to find a tire shop open on a Sunday. They had me on my way in about 10 minutes so that my vacation was not spoiled. Great customer service!

Tony always is very friendly and helpful. The other service rep. was also kind and helpful .

Justin was very friendly and communicated with me very well. Derek and Homer did a fantastic job on my vehicle and I’m strongly satisfied with the work they did and in a timely manner.

I came in without an appointment and they fixed my tire in less than 30 minutes!

Cameron did an excellent job topping the air off for my vehicle. Will come back for sure!
