I have spent a lot of money at this store and feel it was worth it. Justin is terrific...knowledgeable, helpful, trustworthy, honest, fair. Justin and his team have saved me a lot of money that I would have otherwise spent at the dealership.

I needed both transmission and radiator fluid replaced, rear brakes replaced, and a new set of tires. I got a quote from both a service shop at a dealership and Big O Tires. I saved almost 50% on the same services with identical/comparable new tires at Big O Tires. Cory, the sale associate, was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful in getting all the work needed done on my vehicle at a less expensive price than what was quoted at the dealership. The quality, integrity, and service at Big O Tires was superior. You guys are now my new "go to" place when in need of vehicle maintenance and repairs! I will most definitely be back. Great job!

Great help in selecting the right tires. I live in the mountains and ice and snow are a problem so rather than purchasing the same tires as last time your staff recommended ones that would work better in my situation. Also I needed to have my truck re-aligned and they were happy to do it after putting on the new tires so I didn't have to schedule another appointment!

Once the appointment was booked it was smooth and easy to get my tires fixed and I was on my way shortly. The waiting area was nice, clean and had anything I would need for my wait (drinks/chargers)

Stopped by to have tires rotated. Quick, friendly service. New store is absolutely wonderful.
