Big O Tires

Was impressed by the courtesy of the staff and the knowledge of the mechanic. This could have been much more expensive than it turned out to be. I have an appt for more service on my Jeep due to the service I received a few days ago. But, I didn't like the Fox news on in the break room...HA!

Easy, convenient, friendly, and efficient. I didn't relize this was a full service mechanic and I was so pleased with the service I received that I'll probably be back for other maintenance needs.

They were fast and communicated well on how long my vehicle would take. Then sent me a text message as well as phone call when it was done.

Installed new catalytic converter and fixed my rear air shocks on my wife's Cadillac Escalade. Saved over $1,000 since we did not replace everything the dealer told me had to be replaced.

I understand regular oil changes and tire rotation are important for maintaining performance of my car. The staff at Timberline Big O in Fort Collins are great!

He was competent, personable, and professional. I value being able to make an appointment to schedule my work in advance. The staff there is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The facility is clean. Especially the bathrooms, excellently clean.

Justin and Mike were very helpful with an issue that we brought to them near closing time. We were in a rush and really needed our wheelchair van in and out in a pinch. They were very friendly, understanding, polite, professional and Helpful!!

I worry about being over charged but here they always take great care of me. I’ve come here for years and will continue! I leave happy everything

The associates that helped me were great, even when I ordered the wrong size tires online. They recognized my mistake, ordered the correct size, and got them in faster than expected!

Randy was AWESOME! My rental van needed 4 new tires and Randy rocked it out in less than an hour and I was on my way! Cheers to Randy!!

Mike and Alex and the rest of the team are very knowledgeable and professional. I was happy to learn that Big O does a lot more than tire related issues. I highly recommend this store.
