Big O Tires

Came in to get fluid change in Front and Rear Differential on 2015 Jeep. Had talked with Justin the day before and made an appointment. Arrived for appointment a little early . Was greeted by Justin and Jeep was immediately taken into shop area. Added a full alignment. While changing fluid discovered metal shavings on drain plug in both front and rear. Showed and recommended that since I had an extended warranty policy through MOPAR that I get in touch with Doge to discuss with them. Employee in shop had worked with the Jeep dealer in town before and said that was a problem withe the newer Jeeps. Contacted Dodge and have an appointment to take in and let them check. Appreciate. Shocks were reaching their life expectancy. Justin recommend having them changed while vehicle was in. Able to take advantage of financing opportunity for a year. Also asked about tires and was told they were in good shape and did not need to do anything with at this time. Justin told me to let him know what Dodge says. Appreciate the good service and honesty. Will be back.

Associates were friendly and knowledgeable about the problem and explained the issues and repair extremely clearly.

Mike and his team were awesome to work with. I had to have a boat trailer towed to the Big O store due to a multi-tire blow-out over the weekend. First thing Monday morning and without an appointment, Mike was super accommodating and able to get the tire replacements done very quickly. So I followed that up with new tires on a motorhome, and once again Mike and team did a great, thorough job. They even ran into an issue getting a couple of the hub center caps off, and Mike proactively pointed this out and offered free replacements. I strongly recommend this store and their great support!

The team at Big-O have been fantastic. My car had repetitive tire issues and the team patiently worked with me to figure out what was going wrong. I probably brought in my car a handful of times for the same issue in the same month. They were always courteous and offered a fix at no cost. Loved working with them over other shops in town.

Seem like very good people working there, they went the extra mile for me and reset a tire pressure indicator I could not get reset even at the car dealer! Did a brake check and diagnosed nothing wrong instead of trying to sell me repairs I don't need yet. Two vehicles, two different days and two great feelings that they care. Previous to this, I was refused a tire mounting at another tire dealer that I had been going to for 10 years, for any price, and the shop on Mason St. gladly put the spare tire on the spare wheel for me, balanced and with new valve stem, and did not charge me. That, coupled with their renewed free Road Hazard Warranty, is enough to make me go to Big O first and always in the future for tires and service. I'm impressed, and I am not easily impressed...

I had an excellent experience at Big O. The owner, Jim, helped me over the phone and once I arrived took care of all my automotive needs in a prompt and professional manner. He was very patient, helpful, calm, and welcoming. He explained things in detail. I never felt rushed or like I couldn't ask even the simplest of questions. He catered to my every need and helped me find the best way to make it as cost-efficient as possible for me. A few other staff members also helped me and had just as excellent of customer service as Jim. I am very grateful for their efforts!

They got me in right away, diagnosed the problem quickly, had the tires I needed and were honest about work that didn’t need to be done on my car.

Just saw the new store on Temberline and swung in to ask a tire question. Got a very good explanation for losing air in my tires from a Service Rep. who had a bay open and your service guys jumped right on the problem and fixed it in 20 minutes. I am the Regional Manager for a new company opening an office in Fort Collins and will make sure Big 'O' gets all of our company vehicle business. Good job Guys.

I've been a customer with this location for a few years with multiple vehicles. This was my first visit with an issue and it was quickly resolved.
