The Timberline location has been my go to location for service for many years. The guys are friendly and they get my service handled quickly. They take the time to explain what they observe while inspecting under the vehicle. no reason to go anywhere else.

Came in with a non-repairable puncture in a tire. Was told by and associate that this tire had been discontinued. When pressed on how to get my issue resolved, he finally went to his manager Dave Mackey. Dave quickly went on-line and discovered there were X140 of this tire at other Big O locations and instructed the tech to get on ordered in. Thanks to Dave's intervention, I left there very satisfied that I would be able to get my problem resolved. Had the tire delivered in two days, took my vehical in and was out again in 20 minutes. Many kudos to Dave Mackey! 👍

I came in to have new tires put on and as always, it was a flawless experience. I was greeted at the door and everyone at this shop was polite and helpful. The store was extremely busy and no one was flustered or impatient regardless of the 7 customers waiting in line. Great shop, great employees. A big shout out to Justin C. who has been giving our family great service for more than 10 years. He's a rock star!

Checking in the vehicle early was not a problem. The front desk cop was exceptional, and very friendly and accommodating.

Not knowing much about cars, the employees here took time to explain the problem to me so I fully understood what was going on, and gave me a cost and time estimate for the repairs needed. I was in a time crunch that day and they got the work done quick and efficiently. So far so good!

I took my 2011 Honda Fit to the Timberline Big O Tires location with the intent of of setting up a future appointment for a tire rotation and balance, alignment check, and attempt to locate/fix a slow leak in one tire. Sales Associate Cody Kinnison was very personable and professional. He listened to my request for a future appointment, then took a moment to ask if I had the time to spare now as he had technicians immediately available. I did. The work was completed promptly and Cody explained the alignment chart to me. He also made it clear to come back if I had any issues or problems with any of the work performed and to keep Big O Tires in mind for all my automotive needs. Jim, your staff did well! I will return.
