Their new location on Timberline is fantastic! Nicely furnished waiting rooms, and the technicians resolved my issue immediately. At the time I virtually had almost zero wait time. I will always be a repeat customer!

Quick and easy

Had my tires rotated (Big O Tires that I have done every 5,000 mi) but was having some vibration at highway speeds so had you do an alignment along with the rotation. Went to Colorado Springs on Sunday and car ran incredibly smooth.

Great customer service

Product knowledge is top knotch! Recomendations are great with no pressure to buy. Its very nice to be presented the information and shown why, and not feeling pressured to buy . This is one shop a simple "no" to services recommended is respected. Love these guys! I will return!

The level of service was beyond my expectations

Alex L. was very professional and kept me informed on other issues that need attention on my car. I feel like I was taken care of in an honest manner and never pressured into things my car didn't need. Waiting area is very nice - clean and comfortable.

I love this location. I have been coming here since I was a college freshman and I refuse to go anywhere else. The employees are fantastic, knowledgeable, and are very friendly. They have have treated me like some stupid girl who doesnt know anything and they were always willing to explain things to me instead of just using "big words" that non-car people do not really know.

I've been taking my personal and delivery vehicles to the Big O Tires in Fort Collins for 15 years. They've always been excellent at diagnosing the problems and helping me to determine the best approach for repairs, even when it didn't fit into my budget. The service is always friendly and I trust them whole-heartedly to educate me and make the correct repairs without a bunch of upselling or services I don't need. I especially love the new Timberline location's waiting rooms which are very upscale and comfortable... something you don't expect when you're having your car repaired.
