Outstanding Service!: I needed to have my damaged tire fixed this morning so I went to the Big O Tire Shop on Timberline, north of Drake. That shop rocks! I received such friendly, efficient service that I just had to comment.I will recommend that store to everyone.

Pedro was so helpful! We had an appointment for a repair at another dealership. Pedro informed us that Big O could provide the same service. The quote was reasonable. Pedro further sought out used equipment to lower the price. We saved a lot coming to Big O.

I called a few days before my appointment to discuss tire availability. I spoke with Tim and he helped me through tire inventory and was able to set up my appointment within 2 days. I appreciated his assistance in getting the tires and a wheel alignment done.

I was greeted immediately by the owner himself and was introduced to all of the techs. The facility is very comfortable with good WiFi , tables, chairs, and a real woman's bathroom. Made my wait seem very short.

Very positive customer service, fast, friendly, decent price options

We had a blowout on our 5th wheel. We were in and out inside of an hour and a half. Their lot was packed with cars and all the bins were full when we arrived. So were we're definitely happy to have our specialized care completed so quickly. Thank you!
