The wrong tires were installed on my vehicle, but this was corrected the following day.

I recently purchased Tires at the timberline location in Fort Collins Colorado. I talk to a gentleman named Brad Who give me a quote on some tires, that were within my budget range. I did do some shopping around after the quote and got a quote from another tire establishment that was considerably lower, but had badmouthed big o. I called back and spoke with brad, and told him about the quote and the experience I had with the "other guy's", and he gave me a price match on some similar tires... So I purchased the tires. When i did purchase said tires I spoke and dealt with Justin, who was knowledgeable and efficient, with exceptional customer service. He offered a free alignment check, and took great care of me and my needs. I also met with Jim, Who I am assuming is either the general manager or the district ,Who also made my visit very Welcoming and comfortable. I did not feel rushed nor did I feel like I was being bullied into buying something that I did not want. I came back 2 days later to see what the price would be on breaks. I was given a Free estimate and they checked my brakes. Brad got me into the door to earn my business, Justin is keeping me in the door and will retain my business, Jim just makes it enjoyable, and keeps it honest. Thank you big O tires for being my all-in-one shop stop, I will be coming back over and over again!!!

I was able to get immediate service without scheduling an appointment. While the tires I was hoping to buy were not in stock, James found a similar quality at about the same price. The crew was able to check my vehicle for alignment at the same visit. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience.
