Not my usual level of service when changing over to snow tires.Each tire was 5psi over which triggered the low tire pressure sensor so I had to drive back over to resolve.

I brought my car in for an oil change. I specifically told the person on the phone that I did not want a tire rotation, since I had had my tires rotated just a few weeks ago. My tires were rotated anyway, and immediately I began getting a TPMS warning light, which I had never seen in the 12 years I have owned the car. I brought the car in, was sold a new TPMS sensor at a cost of $80, and was told it was fixed. I drove the car out of the lot, and the warning light was still on. I was assured the light would go out "after driving about 1/4 of a mile." It did not, and I had to bring the car back in again for "synching", which is not insignificant since I live near Windsor. In summary, I suspect that the TPMS system was damaged in the unrequested tire rotation and I had to made multiple trips back to get it fixed for an extra $80, all because I just wanted an oil change.

Don't waste your time!! We needed 4 tires on Saturday but they only had two in stock. After sitting there for two hours with all FOUR tires off we finally asked what was taking so long. (Three other customers came in and left while we were there) We were told the guy who helped us didn't communcate that we were only doing the two front tires today and would be back on Tuesday to do the other two when they got in. Well, the guy who helped us blamed the other guy and said they took all four tires off and put them at the bottom of the disposal pile so they were searching for our tires to put two back on. Tuesday we show up to get the tires put on and they don't have them. It's Wednesday now and we called up there to see if the tires were in. Two hours later, still no answer. Not to mention when they took all four tires off they scratched the rims up. Saturday while sitting there for two hours we watched one of the employees sanding down rims in front of the store. Almost like this is normal practice for them. I will stick with Discount Tires from here on out!!

They lost my keys, forgot about my car and I sat there for 45 minutes for a tire rotation sent over from next door while I got my oil changed. I prefer tire stores who know what they're doing, take care of their customers and do so in a reasonable timeframe. That leaves this place out...

Tire was losing pressure due to nail in tread. I made an appointment to get it taken care of. BigO repaired it free of charge. I did not buy the tires at BigO but they insisted on no charge for service.

Every time I went into the store or attempted to go into the store, the guys were ALWAYS on the phone and extremely busy...so understaffed maybe?! They also seemed frustrated that they were busy. The biggest thing I didn't like was that I originally went in there to get a nail out of my tire and felt incredibly pressured to buy new tires...the owner even told me he couldn't let me leave with the tires I had. So the nail in the tire wound up costing me over $1000...

Came in pretty close to closing time which I HATE doing! I was reassured it was ok. Got my tire all fixed up and sent me on my without charging me a dime. Much appreciated. Good service can be hard to find these days. Keep up the good work!!

Service is sloooooow. It took 2.5 hours to get 4 snow tires already mounted on rims put on my work van. These were tires I previously bought from this store. What's the point of making an appointment if it's going to take this long. Next time I'll do it myself in my driveway.

Because I blew out a camper tire, I was happy to find that Big O had two of the correct size tires in stock before continuing my journey. They did not have the right equipment to affix them to the rims though, and kept reassuring me for FOUR hours that they would be done soon. The staff were friendly. The facility was excellent. There was satellite tv for us to watch an entire movie plus some, thank goodness.

Tire service was great as usual but I was incredibly disappointed with the complete disregard of mask wearing by staff!Im in the higher-risk category and I expected more from this tire shop that Ive been using for over 14 years (Mason store also).My business is going elsewhere since leadership from the owner is either politically driven or just ignorance of the realities of the dangers of COVID-19.

Don't bother coming here unless you have plenty of time to kill. I am so frustrated with this place! Every time I go there the wait time is at least twice as long as they assure me it will be when getting service done. To me, it shows a complete lack of respect and that their customers time and satisfaction mean absolutely nothing to them. I'll let it slide a few times, or even a little longer is fine, but at least double the wait time every time is too much. So knowing how this happens every time I go there, I called in the morning to set up an appointment for a tire rotate and balance but they assured me no appointment was necessary and it would only take 30 minutes because it's such a quick job. I asked if they were sure and they said, yes. And when I got there on my lunch break later that day, I ask again if they would be able to do a rotate and balance in 30 minutes, again they said yes. So after about 40 minutes in the waiting area I went to check on my truck and they hadn't even got it on the lift yet! I didn't have time to wait another half an hour (or longer) for them to do the work so I told them not to bother and take it out of the bay. They tried telling me how the one car they had in the bay when I got there took longer than expected, but at no time did anyone come into the waiting area to mention this. Instead they seemed surprised that I actually expected my truck to be ready after 40 minutes. If they would have told me at any time that they had any concerns about not being able the job done in 30 minutes I would have said "thank you, I'll come back some other time"�. Be nice if they at least acted like they give a crap. This is my third set of tires from Big-Oh-Oh and I won't be getting another. Can't wait for these tires to wear out so I can go somewhere else. Maybe it's just the Timberline store, I guess I'll have to try a different one to see if they have any better respect for their "loyal customers"�. Again, I wouldn't be so pissed if this was an occasional occurrence, but every single time, and after being assured multiple times how long it would take!? Come on!

Had a nail in my tire, called & got in for appt same day (within 30min of call). Problem taken care of in 1hr- no charge. Doesn’t get any better than that!

Went in with working tpms system, came home with missing sensors and a wacked out outside temp reader and now have to go VW to get it fixed.
