It was after work on a Friday when I went in. They were able to get to my vehicle quickly. The associate was able to tell me the differences between the tires and answered my questions. The mechanic was not there at the time to do the alignment on my vehicle but I was able to bring it in the next day and they serviced it quick

A scheduled oil change and rotation on a Saturday morning, first thing before they were busy, took 1 hour and 45 minutes.

I went to get a new tire put on my rim. The next day I realized that the tire was slowly leaking air. So I took it in and they fixed it right away and told me it was my valve that was lose. They were all really awesome in answering any questions I had. The one guy also noticed my passenger tire the tread was going the wrong way so he swapped tires so they were both running the same direction. Which was really cool because I would of never noticed my tires were directional. Thanks guys!

My only complaint is feeling like the knowledge and expertise was not consistent. They were needing to do additional service on my car that they could not complete same day. The man who worked at the counter seemed to think I could drive it home and come back the next day. A few minutes later, one of the mechanics came and said it would be very unsafe to drive my car home. I feel like communication should be consistent and if someone is not sure of the answer to check before replying. I am not very knowledgeable with automobiles so I rely on the expertise of the business I bring my car to. I felt like otherwise my experience was good and I am satisfied with the repair.

Walked in at 0800 and stood there like an idiot for 5 minutes bc no person was in lobby. The same thing happened when I went to pick up my car at 1700 except this time I stood there like a buffoon for about 10 minutes. Overall I felt like they did a great job on my car and the service was great once they were there. I may have just caught them at busy times.

When I was checked in for my oil change yesterday I specifically asked if they could check my brake lights, as a friend had told me earlier that day that I had one out. I was told by the customer service guy that 'oh yeah, they check all that'. When I got my bill there was nothing about changing my brake light. When I asked the service desk guy about it he confirmed that nothing about a brake light had been changed. I told him I was sure I had one out and he disagreed since nothing was on the bill. I should have asked him to walk me to my car to check. Because, In fact I did have a brake light out that they didn't see and didn't fix. It's just frustrating because I specifically asked two people and they both brushed me off. This required extra time on my part after work today to go to another auto parts store. It also makes me insecure as to whether or not you check other fluids, lights, etc that you promise in a full service oil change. When you first opened on Timberline I got excellent service and kept coming back. Since then you just seem busier (which is great for you!) but also less customer service oriented. I'd like to keep coming back but if I have another experience like this, I'll have to go somewhere else.

Everything was done ahead of schedule, and when a problem arose it was taken care of quickly and to my satisfaction.

Always have had good service at this location for annual snow tire changeover. Last time, though, was disappointing. My car went in completely clean (I just washed it the day before taking it in) and when I got it back there was a large grease spot on the driver's door and the wheels were covered in grease/assembly lube/etc.. I spent an extra half hour re-cleaning the vehicle. I still recommend this location but management would be well served to add a quality control step to their process for the technician to clean the wheels and check for any interior dirt prior to delivering the vehicle.

Well, 10K miles ago I was told that my rear brakes had only 4mm of pad left. 5K miles ago I was told the same thing. This week I was told that there was only 1mm of pad left in the rear - that it was almost metal on metal. Quite a sense of imminent critical action was implied when I was told that. Well, I took it to the mechanic we have been with for about 6 years, and they did a brake inspection and told me that all pads - front and rear - have about 60% of wear left. I am only left to wonder,...and to be disappointed... Regards, Brad Sherman

Appointment was 10 am. At 10:25 am car still had not been moved into a bay for service. I was waiting on car it was about 11:30 before ready. Cal was great in giving me quotes on new tires.

The gentleman that helped us, AJ Herrera, was awesome! He was very friendly and took care of from check in to us walking out the door. He is a great asset to your company and we appreciate all of his help!
