Big O Tires

Big-O did as they promised -- oil change and filled tires with air. But like all businesses, they went beyond that to find something wrong that needed additional attention: rear shocks and battery. They set me up for my next expenditure. On one level, I appreciate the extra attention and the supposed concern for my safety; on another level, I wish I could just get done what I want to have done, period.

I purchased a 2nd complete tire/wheels with snow tires a couple months ago. They said they would change them free of charge when needed, and they did. It is a great service you provide. Thanks!

While buying tires is never fun, Big O Tires made my experience super easy! I went in with a flat tire and asked them to look at it to see if they could patch it up. They let me know it would be better for me to buy new tires. The person who helped me was super nice and even helped me find tires that fit within my budget. I would not only suggest them for tires but tire patching as well. Before I got my tires replaced, I had been in several times for them to patch my tires. They never charged me and did it in a timely manner. I would 100% recommend Big O Tires to anyone who needs help with their cars. These guys are professional and quick!

I came in for service for a check engine light. The team performed a diagnosis and found that I needed a new thermostat. I discussed two options with the manager and we ultimately decided to go with the cheaper option. Three months have passed and I there is nothing to complain about in regards to the part. I appreciate the honesty, and I saved a significant amount of money by not going to the dealer.

Fair price and excellent workmanship.

For some reason I was charged for the rotate and balance on my tires even though they're BigO tires and I wasn't charged before...otherwise the store is clean, the staff is friendly, and everyone is very knowledgeable. It seems they are surprised when one asks direct questions. I'm not sure if it's because they're not used to it or nobody seems to be knowledge enough to ask. Great experience.

Winter tire change over completed as well as.expected. during process, a cable holding the TPMS sensor on one rim broke. Replaced next day no charge. Would like to see cleaner rims and tires upon completion of tire change, but staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I've been trusting Big O tires for year's and the service has always been above and beyond. I would not recommend any where else

Convenient schedule but i arrived early and was able to complete my tire purchase without a delay.

Pretty positive overall just wish when my window "malfunctioned" I was more informed and given options/asked how we could resolve a driver side window that wouldn't go up during the middle of winter. Fixing it half way without even getting closed completely was just poor quality service in my opinion.

No lines. Discount Tire, while I like them too, has a ridiculous wait time. Big O is also right down the street.

I had a positive experience at Big O on S. Timberline. Brad provided quality customer service. The tires I wanted were not in stock so they were transferred from another store on the same day. So far so good and I would recommend Big O to family and friends.

Kind, professional, friendly

I found it curious that in coming in for a synthetic oil change I was offered to have them do the replacement of four spark plugs and air filter and I was told to add those to my bill it would cost $181 I find it curious that I was able to obtain air filter and four plugs for my vehicle for less than $50 and have it professionally installed for less than $50 more kind of a disappointment that you guys would want to offer an up sale but be over double triple even quadruple the price
