Big O Tires

Two tires at completely the wrong pressure! Front left at 30psi supposed to be 36psi. Rear left at 35psi supposed to be 39psi. Tire pressure warning went off 1/2 mike from the store. Not happy.

Very happy with the time the service took. Surprised and very happy when there was no cost to fix the flat tire. Will absolutely return for future services.

Hopeful that this fixes the death wiggle.

Love the service, friendliness and ease of working with this location. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Quick turnaround, easily shifted my appointment when I ran late. Super convenient.

I enjoy Big O tires, but this time around I felt rushed out. I received an oil change and asked to have my battery checked. The clerk was friendly enough and said he would get that done for me. My only issue was when it was time to check out. I didn't get a report on my battery and when I asked about it I wondered if it was even checked? Everything was "good" and "fine" but I wasn't sure if that was actually the case or if it wasn't actually looked at. I just felt rushed out instead of fully explained what was going on with my vehicle.

The oil change service provided was fine. The Big O web site had this location on "Timberline Lane" instead of Timberline, and I wasted about 20 minutes trying to find the store.

I can’t remember the team members name, but he was friendly and polite during our interaction. He was clear and concise with processes that were about to take place with my vehicle, and he also went above and beyond by taking on part of the service, Albeit very basic, into his own hands.

The crew found the tires I wanted and fit me in for an appointment to install them on New Year's Eve. I'm glad I called the day before and got everything scheduled. They made the transaction with my fleet vendor go very smoothly. The employees and facility seemed to be top-notch. I will plan to use this location for my service needs from now on. My only regret is that I wish I had found this location sooner. I'm a Big O Tires convert from Les Schwab. Thank you!
