Big O Tires

I had a problem with my brakes and NTB helped me as a walk in and seemed to be really concerned for our safety.

Tyler was a straight up motherfuckin g right as I got there he was ready to go and made me feel welcomed. He also told me all the pricing and info as well as all taxes and "hidden fees". There was no point where I had no idea what was going on or why I was paying what I was for the product. Tyler is a great employee and I look forward to seeing him again with my service needs.

I think the manager went absolutely out of his way to try to help resolve the problem but unfortunately I had to go to Markley Motors to get it resolved concerning my sensors being connected to the tires and recalibrating. Nevertheless I’m very satisfied with the company and the people that work there. All very friendly no seem to be concerned.

I was well informed of everything that needed to be done and what was done and why as well. Its hard finding a service that is open about everything and doesnt try to hide anything. My only complaint I had was paying for a wheel alignment when the tires were changed. Other than that, awesome service!

I had a great experience overall, but I would have appreciated if the sales representative talked me through more options for tires/pricing instead of deciding which one was best for me without asking any questions about my budget. A little pushy and didn't ask enough questions, but they made the process easy and made me feel like I was purchasing a good tire. Thanks!

Dave is the man! I ordered my wife some tires for her BMW x7, then I had a client that need tires for her rogue. Dave handled both transactions with no hiccups!

Great job on my tires, I'm happy with the tires and their prices. They performed a service that was unauthorized but there was no resistance on their part when I told them I wasn't going to pay for an unauthorized service. I was happy with everything they did but I'm still not sure how I feel about it.

Everything went well

The only issue was leaving the inside of my vehicle dirty. The steering wheel, gear shifter, and the seat were left grimy.
