Big O Tires

Very happy with my Big O Tire experience as always!

I have worked with Big O for every need in dealing with Tires etc because service is excellent and once when I was financially challenged and had an emergency, they provided solutions. I will always go to Big O as my first option

Have used Big O Tires several times over 16 years in CO. Moved to Fort Collins in 2014 and started using the dealership in Fort Collins. On the 26th of Sept. I brought my 2015 Jeep in for an oil change and had the alignment checked. Was told that it needed an alignment.Was in the waiting room when the employee came back and told me it needed an alignment. Asked if there was any coupons as I was thinking I could get coupon and bring back. Was told no. Told it would take about 30 - 40 minutes to do. Went ahead and told the employee to do the alignment. Shortly after he told me I walked up to the front and did not see the Jeep in the shop. About that time it was driven into the lot. Made the statement that that was quick. Employee said that Jeeps did not take very long. Paid and left. When I got home looked and discovered that there was a special going on. Had I known /been told that there was a special I would have waited and come back to do the alignment. Have also in the past had Big O say that there was and that they could do without the coupon and honor the special. Sent an e mail to the store but have not heard from them. Hopefully this is not a new practice of the store.

regular tire rotate , so free, but had questions on vehicle overheating issue attendant explained alot of possible issues and fixes . great people !

Have been a customer for many years... for both my company pickup truck and my wife's Pacifica. The guys are always friendly and take excellent care of my wife's many tire leak issues over the years. No reason to look anywhere else for my services Thank for keeping me satisfied.

Justin is an excellent manager. He always takes care of our trucks when we have problems. We have followed Justin to the different stores he has worked at in Fort Collins. With this visit they got the brakes taken care of quickly so that our employee could be back in his truck.

Quick service and very friendly staff.

Excellent customer service. Had a slo leak in my trucks tire. They fixed it in less than 20 minutes and did not even charge me for it! I will definitely go back to them for tires and other car services in the future.

My daughter's Honda CRV needed new tires, brake work and some other small stuff. I don't live in N.C. but Adrian and team made the process very friendly and easy for me to understand and discuss. They did the work quickly and delivered the vehicle on time. Pricing was reasonable and I definitely trust that they did good work. I highly recommend their services.
