I brought my car in for a slow leak in one of my tires. After saying that the service could take an hour, I waited in the lounge. In just 45 minutes, one of the team members came in to explain that I had a nail in the tire, it was removed and repaired. I was good to go on my way. I asked about the fee for service. He indicated that there was no charge. I was blown away. The service took less time than estimated and cost nothing. I was very impressed and will bring all my auto needs to Big O. Thanks

I just got my oil changed here, and the staff was very helpful. I scheduled an appointment that day, and it took just a little over thirty minutes to have me back on my way. They were efficient and kind, and I plan on getting my oil changed here regularly.

I originally stopped at another location that wouldn't be able to take me for over an hour. They mentioned that the Timberline location wasn't as busy so I went over there and was in and out in a flash! Super helpful!
